Welcome to Turquoise Place 809D, where luxury and comfort meet in this stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath Gulf-front condo. Located in the Gulf Coast's premiere luxury property, this 8th-floor corner unit offers approximately 3,500 square feet of living space, along with a 400-square-foot expansive balcony.

The spacious living room features a gas fireplace and a large Smart TV. The Gulf-front balcony, accessible from both the living area and the Primary bedroom, features a hot tub, a built-in gas grill, comfy loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a sink. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy breathtaking views after a long day. There is also a north-facing balcony accessible from the third and fourth bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a large island, quartz countertops, custom cabinets, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a large sub-zero refrigerator and freezer, five-burner cooktop, Wolf oven and microwave, and a two-door KitchenAid dishwasher. The wet bar includes a wine cooler and ice maker, perfect for entertaining guests in style.

The Primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a King bed, walk-in closet, Jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms boast Queen beds, while the fourth bedroom has 2 Twin beds, perfect for accommodating larger groups or families. All of the bedrooms feature smart TVs and private bathrooms.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
