With space to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, this condo combines upscale living with all the comforts of home.

Step into a light-filled, open-concept living area featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking views of Perdido Bay and the Gulf. The spacious private balcony is perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails as boats cruise by in the distance.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony access with stunning views. The en-suite bathroom boasts a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities, creating a spa-like experience.
Second Bedroom equipped with a king-size bed, this cozy room includes a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, ensuring comfort and privacy.
Third Bedroom perfect for additional guests or children, this room offers a king size bed , a flat-screen TV, and access to the third full bathroom, which also features a shower/tub combo.

Living Area: The open-concept living room includes plush seating, a queen-size sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the expansive balcony, offering panoramic waterfront views.?

Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, making it ideal for family meals.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet at our Liquid Life Front desk. Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS

This room has a WONDERFUL view of the bay. We loved sitting on the large balcony watching the boats go by. It's nicely furnished and fit our family of five very well. There were some scratches on some furniture or walls as mentioned in other reviews, but those didn't take away from our great time. The Caribe is such a fun place to stay with all the pools and lazy river. And it was so nice to have the trolley to take to the beach.
