This space was perfect for a girls trip! Spacious condo with great views and location. The kitchen is a bit tight for how spacious everything else is and they lacked some basics like salt and pepper but we left some for the next guests :) Master is beautiful and we loved having a bed for everyone. Beach access is super easy. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

We had a combined family/friend vacation for a week and this condo was perfect! 3 bedroom 3 bath with large family room. Not a super populated condominium so there was no elevator traffic. We stay in orange beach every year and this was one of the best experiences! There is construction going on next door for some beach houses so the beach was not over populated in that space. It was amazing. Only thing I would change is to put a deadbolt lock on the front door because my toddler mastered opening the front door easily and there was no way to lock from the inside. Just the outdoor PIN code.

Had a nice time, room was very spacious with amazing view, room did need a few small repairs but nothing major. The construction was a bit of a pain. Wish we could have used the balcony. Over all I would stay again as long as there was no construction.

Great room, loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Loved the little nook in the kitchen for the extra table with views on three sides. Good sized pool. Good hot tub. Condo 901 was just lovely. I knew about the construction, but it would have been nice if housekeeping would have swept the balcony. After sweeping, we enjoyed sitting there and watching the waves. I would love to go back

Was super excited about this Memorial Weekend with my family…a few things were completely disappointing for this stay. First, booking online said it included a pool and they did not inform us until after we paid for the condo. The construction at the condo was awful, every morning we were woken up at 8am or sooner and this was suppose to be vacation time where we could sleep in but that wasn't the case. We even talked to the some of the other tenets about their stay and they were compensated for the lack of truth in what was stated for booking the condo. Don't get me wrong the condo was perfect and everything we could dream of just wish we knew of all of the construction and no pool before we booked this condo.

This place was very big and had beautiful views all around. I absolutely loved that each bedroom had a bathroom and I loved the ice machine in the wet bar. The elevators did go down one day after pressure washing was done and atleast one elevator remainder down the rest of our stay. The beds and everything was very soft and comfy. It had everything we needed. If I had to add one thing Is to add more wash cloths to the master bathroom especially.

I was sweating it when we pulled into the property and I saw that it was wrapped in plastic in some areas and there was a construction dumpster in the parking lot. However we were pleasantly surprised when we were able to check into our condo. It was spacious with breathtaking views. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed and the space was as pictured on VRBO. We were a bit annoyed at the Check In process as we were not able to check in until 4:30 when Check In begins at 3pm but it is what it is. As nice as our condo was, the rest of the property needs some serious TLC (which may be the reason for the plastic?). The tennis courts were closed, one of the elevators was not working, and the parking garage was way too small for a building this large. The beach was lovely and not crowded at all.

The condo was perfect for this girls trip. The description of the amenities were spot on. Lots of room for 6 of us and the view was just what the soul needed! We will be back.SIDE NOTE: We were disappointed we were told the building was under repair due to storm damage, but it was obvious the building was undergoing major updates (new paint, new decking, power washing building, etc) that rendered the swimming pool and hot tub unavailable. Which we would have used since 3 of the two days we were under a rip tide warning.

When I first walked in the condo my first thought was oh my Goodness this place is absolutely perfect !! The views are spectacular the layout was amazing. I would absolutely rent this condo again. The only downfall was the pool was closed the entire time, as well as They were working on the side of the building which put debris on our patio.

We had a great time at 901 Broadmoor on Orange Beach, Alabama! The condo was even nicer than the photos. There was plenty of space for our group to eat amd relax in between beach time. It was so nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom too!

The condo was clean and a great layout. The mattresses were not the greatest. The queen bed sank it the middle and the king was pretty soft but overall it was a wonderful condo.

The unit was perfectly appointed with layout and view! Beds were extremely comfortable! Nice updated bathrooms and kitchen/dining areas. Loved the balcony view as well. Got a bonus view of an outdoor concert at FloraBama too! Fantastic value. The only recommendations I would add is better instructions to the Liquid office (late at night is a little confusing) and I loved that you highlighted the strict parking, I just didn’t read it. :). Would love a little more toilest paper and trash bags, maybe salt and pepper, and clarify that you do not have a keurig. That’s the only thing that would have made it over the top, but regardless, we’ll be back!

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 vanity and 1 bath bar soap per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. Usually we stay a little further in Destin so not as familiar with Orange Beach. We were pleasantly surprised at the nice views, spacious condo & short walk to be on the beach. There was a fear of getting stuck in the elevator since someone got stuck while we were there but it didn't happen to us. The key was not working right & hard to do. Had we not been there during day hours it would have been bad trying to get in. We had to have assistance.

The condo was very nice and had lots of seating and table space for our group. The kitchen had everything that you would have in your kitchen at home; so cooking was easy. We had an issue with the air conditioning during part of the stay; I made one call to the agent and it was fixed within 2 hours of the first call. The elevators were very quick and we never waited more than a couple of minutes for one and we loved the underground parking. Plenty of carts to take everything to your room when you arrive and if you go shopping. The only negative was the distance from our usual eating and shopping destinations; but we knew that when we booked. I would stay here again; it was more like home than many of the condos we have stayed in before. The owners put a lot of thought and personal touches in the decor.

What a fabulous stay! The accommodations at 901 Broadmoor were incredible-great layout-great decor-perfect for our family of 7. Beds are getting a bit old/soft but that the only (very small) correction we could suggest. Thanks!

This is a corner unit on the east side of the building and has morning sun and afternoon shade; the perfect combination. The condo has everything you need especially privacy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and an entry door allows each bedroom/bathroom area to be closed off from the rest of the condo. Another thing I liked is the underground parking is just steps away from the elevator. So unloading and loading did not take long at all. And the beach was terrific! We will definitely stay here again.
