In the Primary suite, you'll find a luxurious King bed, a private bath, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and sand. For additional sleeping arrangements, the condo offers a set of cozy Twin hall bunk beds and a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room.
The condo boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with sleek granite countertops, where you can whip up your favorite meals with ease. The entire unit is adorned with tile floors, adding to the cool, beachy vibe of your stay. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy breathtaking views and the fresh sea breeze.
Staying connected is easy with WiFi access available throughout the unit. And for those who can't bear to leave their furry friends behind, Caribbean 102 is pet-friendly! There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
- Pets must be 20 pounds or less.
- One pet is allowed per unit.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times.
- Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
