The price of one parking pass is included in your total. To purchase a 2nd pass, you must contact our office before arrival

MONTHLY RENTALS

The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team.

AGE REQUIREMENT:

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Every Linen, Every Time

Every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham will be washed for every guest - EVERY TIME.

Our commercial laundry facility offers 150-degree commercial washers to take care of your linens with our EPA approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation.

We follow specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens to ensure zero cross contamination between clean and dirty and between separate units.

Fabulous time!

Last year we rented a 2BR at Caribe through Liquid Life, and loved it so much we upgraded to a 3BR this year. This unit was exactly what we were looking for. Combo brew/kcup Keurig machine. Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking dinner at night. Balcony with full lagoon view from living room and main bedroom: we saw a dolphin out by the docks twice. We also love that our favorite dolphin cruise sails from the Caribe Marina. Cobalt is amazing: lunch, happy hour, and the bakery. Our favorite amenity by far is the lazy river! We will definite.y rent at Caribe through Liquid Life again. Staff at both places are friendly, helpful, and very competent.

This condo is very spacious with a gorgeous view of the bay and an extremely large balcony.
The complex has many pools set up at different depths for small children to adults with slides and a large lazy river. Our family including our 3 year old granddaughter really enjoyed our stay.

The stay here was amazing. Me and my family stayed here for the Christmas weekend and it was a moment we will never forget. The condo was so nice and the view of the water was breathe taking. The room was clean and offered everything we needed. This resort was a complete package. We had no need to leave our condo but to get groceries. We really enjoyed ourselves.

This is a great place. The view is fantastic and the Caribe is an excellent place for families. It isn’t directly in the beach but the bayside views make you feel like you are. We had a great stay and enjoyed watching the boats come and go around the bay.
