Every part of the rental process with Liquid Life was excellent. They were so proactive in communication - I received numerous texts and emails with information prior to and during our stay. They were very helpful!
The resort has so much to do and was so clean. However, the beach trolley staff was a bit rude every time we dealt with them (like we were an inconvenience). And navigating the resort map and elevators was tricky. But overall a great place!
The condo itself was beautiful with a spectacular view. The beds were clean and comfortable. We were surprised though by the lack of towel holders in bathrooms - how odd to not have any in a place that houses so many guests and especially in a location with so many pools and beaches! Also, there were no extra blankets in the condo, which was also surprising considering the capacity of the condo and the excellent accommodations otherwise.
However, those are small matters and inconsequential to us... we will absolutely be back!!

Our family vacation with Liquid Life was “one of the best we’ve been on”, as quoted by one of my kids. The Caribe Resort condo was a great space for our family of seven with plenty of space. A common problem we have when renting a condo is a cramped living space and the kitchen not being stocked with enough essentials, like plates, pans and cutlery, to accommodate us. That was not the case with this condo. We were comfortable and had what we needed to make the trip super easy. We stayed the majority of the time in one of the amazing pools or the lazy river. 100% recommend

Positives: great view, the Caribe's pools were a huge hit with our kids, especially the lazy river. The kid pool was really crowded, so go early if you want a spot with shade. The other pools were limited on shade but less crowded. The condo itself was in need of some repairs, but had plenty of room for us, and the balcony was spacious with an ocean view, view of one of the pool areas, and view of the mini-golf course. The kitchen had everything we needed, and were pleasantly surprised there was an ice machine in the room, along with a beverage fridge. There was a starter-pack with a couple dishwasher pods, small laundry detergent, dish soap, and roll of paper towels. This was nice since we did not make it to the store until the next day after check-in. Cons: the condo was not super clean--floors a bit sticky, and the carpet in the bedrooms need a deep cleaning. living room rug not super clean. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it was obvious that there has not been a really deep clean in a while. The check-in would have been more convenient if it was on the property, but the process was quick at the off-site office. Parking was confusing with no clear map or indication of where to park. There is a map with a very general layout of the property, but nothing clearly indicating how to get to specific areas--like take the elevator in the parking garage for upper level pool access. More specific instructions would be nice.

We loved it! It has everything onsite for you to do where you don’t even need to leave honestly! The kids stayed so busy because of everything to do onsite! We didn’t ride the provided transportation for the beach, we ended up going to the next parking area to the left when you pull out, then was right there to your right that was on the beach! It was easier for me and my family!! Only complaint is group of 12, we ran out of tissue and wasn’t provided with more from staff! So we went and bought some. No big deal but I would suggest supplying extra! :) overall amazing and we will be going back!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This was our sixth year to come to the beach with our mom/daughter group. This year there was 10 of us and while this condo says it sleeps 13, we were a little cramped with 10. The hall bathroom would not flush which was a hassle. Booking with Liquid Life was also a hassle. Being made to come to their office away from the property to pick up keys then drop them off after our stay felt like something we did in the 90's! In the past 10 years we've stayed in OB we've not had to do this at other condos. The grounds were nice with several pools and activities.We enjoyed the balcony at the condo most of all. The shuttle was nice but the walk to the beach was long with all that we had to carry.We will most likely book directly on the beach again next year.

Caribe is one of the best places to stay with young kids (we have 6 and 8 yo). The previous reviews of saying the condo could use some repairs is accurate, but for us, it was perfectly fine. The shower in the bunk room bathroom didn't work the whole week for us, but it was made right. Positives:-amount of pools and activities on site! -snack & drink bar right beside the main pool-restaurant in walking distance-marina right next to the property where we were picked up for a dolphin cruiseNegatives:-the trek to get to the ocean is LONG. By the time you get to the beach, you're exhausted from the walk. (Even with the trolley)-check-in being 2 miles down the road. Not a huge deal, but the fact that you just get plastic key cards, which can be gotten from the Caribe front desk, it seems pointless. Just for information, these are the things at the condo upon arrival:One roll of toilet paper in each bathroomOne paper towel rollOne dish washer tabletIndividual laundry detergent Hair dryerBlenderAll dishes/pans we needed were thereI like to be prepared on what to bring and thought their may be left overs of anything from previous renters, but I think it's pretty much emptied after each guest. I loved 713c. It was lovely. We had 9 of us staying here. The condo is huge with plenty seating for all of us. A bathroom for each bedroom was wonderful. The condo was very cleanand we never had to go out a buy a bag of ice withe the extra ice maker. The resort was beautiful pools were clean. Even with the construction that was going on i could not have been happier. Thanks to the host of 713c for making our stay the best.

This was a great condo, in a great location, with terrific views. The unit was ready when we arrived and was clean. Checking in at a different location than where you were staying was a little odd, but outside of that, the condo was perfect. You don't have a lot of options when looking for a place on the beach that has the capacity to sleep 7-10 people comfortably, so this place is a real gem. The living and kitchen areas provided lots of room, even when everyone was together at one time. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again!

The only real complaint we had was that there was absolutely no where to hang towels or clothes... not even one hook to hang a hand towel. That may sound small but when there are 7 people in one space for a week, hooks throughout the condo would have been very helpful.

Caribe Building C was a great kocation to get to the main pool/lazy river. It was a nice quick walk to the Gulf for fun in the sand and looking for crabs. The unit was great and accommodated 2 families nicely. Liquid Life always responded quickly to questions before and during the stay. Thank you for helping to make it a wonderful trip.

This property is wonderful! We went through a third party property management to rent which was the only bad part of our stay. The check in process was not what we expected or ideal. There were a few issues with this particular room, ice makers (2) didn't work when we arrived, also lots of dripping faucets which were a bit annoying, but we called the property and they sent someone out same day so that was a blessing. They even brought us a bag of ice. Plenty of room for groceries and very spacious for all luggage and personal items. It was cold and windy a couple days of our stay but not to worry there were several indoor pools, hot tubs, and steam and sauna rooms always up and running. All outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy River were up and running also. Several other outdoor things to do also, basketball, tennis, putting green, and resort has its own marina for those to bring boats! Honestly, other than going to the beach, which we took the trolley to and from on most days, we never left the resort! All things we booked to do were also all done at the resort marina! We ate at the Cobalt which was delicious and decently priced for fresh seafood. In short we would stay here again and again! We had a great over all experience! All of us from my parents in their 70s, my husband and I, our college kids, teens and 10 year old. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room and space and this suite! There was something to do and somewhere for them all to have a great time!

This was such a beautiful place to visit had such a great view of the beach. We got to see a lot of boat activities through the bay entrance. It is very family oriented and the pictures of the place really don't do it justice. Better than in the pictures. Was prefect for all ages we have have 4 to seventeen so was just great overall experience for everyone. It was so much fun very family friendly place. We were all super sad to leave it

Pictures don’t do this one justice! It’s so much bigger than it looks in pictures and so nice! The resort was great as well with lots of options for pools and hot tubs as well as a gym, ping pong table and putt putt golf. This one is located across the road from the beach which I normally would never go for but this one was totally worth it! If you do stay here, do not go to the beach under the bridge. It’s a long walk and the water isn’t as nice. Drive across the street and pay to park. The only thing I could complain about was our bed was very firm and hurt my back. Everything else was great! They made everything so easy. They even had text messaging so when we realized our blender was broke I texted them and they had another one to us within 10 minutes. Liquid Life was outstanding! Can’t wait to stay here again! Book this one!!!

Property was amazing we would definitely stay here again. Amenities were amazing. Only issue we had was huge wet spot in master bedroom closet contacted property they sent someone to look at right away after plumber showed up we couldn’t use that bathroom. Other than that everything was excellent.

This is our 12th year to vacation with family at Orange Beach. We’ve stayed at other properties before, but this is the first year we stayed at Caribe and it did not disappoint! Lots of room to spread out; a nicely stocked kitchen for cooking; and beautiful views! We’re already looking forward to returning next year!!

Very happy with this rental property! The only thing was that the shuttle was not operating because of COVID-19 loved the pool areas & the lazy river.

We stay at the Caribe often, but this was the first time in this unit. I love the bedroom with the four bunk beds. It was perfect for my daughter and her three friends. We will rent this one again.

We absolutely LOVED this condo! We couldn't have asked for more. Between location, space, amenities and views, it was everything we needed and wanted! My husband and I stayed with his parents and our 5 children, aged 24, 22, 12, 11 and 8. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pools provided hours of fun and we loved the miniature golf course. The trolley to the beach was convenient and there is a lot of other options for public beach access. We are already discussing our next visit to Caribe Resort.

Absolutely wonderful!!! The pictures really don’t do it justice because everything is spectacular. The only down side is the length from the beach to walk but using a public beach parking was an easy fix. The marina behind was also wonderful and the view on the back side was just as gorgeous. We will definitely be back!!

This was a wonderful property to rent during our stay at Orange Beach. Our family of 9 had plenty of room, the proximity to the beach was perfect and the pools for after beach fun was great. We plan to make this a regular destination.

My wife and kids stayed at this wonderful condo for a week. Everything was fantastic and we couldn't of been happier with the place. It is everything the pictures say it is. Everything about it was easy, from booking, to checking in, the stay, and checking out. Seamless. The property was beautiful, and our stay was just what we needed. The kids loved the view of the beach, and I loved that it was quiet and not poolside. They had a good time at each of the pools, playing mini golf, tennis, and the beach. The staff was quick to fix one item that needed to be addressed, (we really didn't care about it, but pointed it out when we arrived and it was quickly fixed) and all were extremely courteous. I highly recommend this property and Liquid Life agency, and going after peak season during the middle of the week. We stayed Monday through Saturday. It was quiet but not isolated. Each room has its own bath, and each of my kids had their own bed. It was like being in someone's home but with the amenities of a hotel. We would definitely return.
