Condo is located very close to the beach. Second floor provided a great view of the ocean. Beds are comfortable. Only issue we had is that the sliding glass doors to the deck are so difficult to open (warped from sea and sun?) that it took major muscle to open and our kids couldn't open the doors themselves. Didn't detract from our stay though.

Would highly recommend it! Very nice condo. I would stay there again. I do think that the instructions regarding the actual location of the property/unit need to be clearer as there are two properties with the same name next to each other. This is very confusing and I had to call. We did lose some time trying to figure this out but other than that everything was perfect!

We stayed in 204 and the unit was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. The two of us had plenty of space and could easily hold a family of four. Vivian was very helpful and accommodating when we visited. The glass doors were a bit of a challenge to open, which is a good issue during questionable weather. I would highly recommend this unit. It was easily accessible from the parking lot, without the use of an elevator.

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores. We absolutely loved this condo on the lower level. Our balcony was right on the beach, so we could watch the sun come up and go down everyday. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. Check in/out was so easy - love the app. The information for everything was right there on my phone. We will definitely go back again!

Great 2nd level condo. Park right outside your door on 2nd level of parking garage. View of beach is great for sunrise and sunset. Balcony had very comfortable furniture. Very clean and well decorated. We went at the end of December and could have used more blankets, but the heat worked great. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath linens and comfortable furniture. Door was right in front of elevator but wasn’t noisy. Summer may be different. Great mini vaca! Would definitely stay here again!

The Condo was a great place to stay. was able to park right at the door which made unloading and loading the car easy. You can tell its an older condo, but it was nice and cozy. close drive to all the restaurants. The only complaint I have is the pool at the condo, it was soooo cold, unable to get in and we was there during Labor Day. The kids was disappointed due to all they wanted to do was swim in the pool. But besides the pool I Highly recommend this condo and we will be staying here again.

Check in was a breeze! Car passes we’re waiting for us! So easy! Tv went out. Called the number given to us in check in directions and a technician was there in less than an hour. Difficult problem , a lightning strike, but the technicians were persistent working til 10 at night to get it fixed.

The ease of access to everything is perfect very family oriented place great amount of space on the beach in the condo is so cozy. Beautiful condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Parking is very convenient and elevator isn’t needed at all when you park on upper level. Front door lock is very tricky to work and sliding door to balcony is extremely hard to open/close.

We really enjoyed our stay and being able to walk right down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! Although near an elevator, we did not hear anyone use it at night. Both master and guest beds were very comfortable and we slept very well! Guest bath shower is not hooked up so can only use the tub, but the master shower is really nice!

I liked that you are able to park right out front of the unit. You do not have to use the elevator, getting your things in and out is really easy. The location close to the exercise room and pool/beach entrance is great. The view is amazing! You are on the 2nd level but it does not feel like you are in a huge towering building. The unit was well stocked and clean. I like that there is separation between the rooms so if you were traveling with another couple you would have privacy. It was everything we needed. The property outside is kept nice and clean. We could not find the wrist bands to access the locked areas, I thought they would be in the welcome envelope, but we texted the number and had a response in no time. I liked that there was a text option instead of trying to call and get ahold of someone. We did use the workout room, they could use an upgrade to the treadmills for sure, both other than that it is fine. The property was quiet and we felt safe. It is nice to be just outside of the super busy area. The beach was nice and clean and it is nice that they have beach service right there to rent chairs. Definitely recommend!

Nice unit that had everything we needed. It had convenient parking and was just a flight of stairs down to a beautiful beach that we loved walking each day. My only caution is for anyone planning to work remotely. We did not get cell coverage from AT&T inside the unit and WiFi got a bit slow in the afternoon. Also, there was some construction noise during the weekdays. That said, this would be a great rental for vacationers.

Property was not over crowded despite being spring break. Check in was easy - electronic lock. The unit was 2nd floor and we were able to park 10 feet from the door so we didn’t need to use the elevators at all which was awesome. Also since it was a 2nd floor unit it had 12 foot ceilings which made the place feel huge! Pool is on the west side of the property and shaded for much of the day, not a big deal as we were there for the beach, but did keep the water cooler than expected. Fantastic workout room, chair rental service, etc. Don’t forget salt/pepper and coffee filters! I guess thanks to COVID there’s nothing left behind like you’re accustomed to. If you need it bring it, but otherwise the condo is fully appointed.

This was our backup reservation after we were notified that our original condo was still being repaired from hurricane damage. We were pleasantly surprised at the location - it is only 8 or 9 stories, which we prefer to the high-rise buildings. The best was that there were windows over looking the beach in the back of the condo, as well as the side, making for a fabulous view that we've not had from other condos. Parking was very easy and the beach was close and beautiful. The condo is comfortable and well-appointed. We would go back!!

My family and I enjoyed the property and the management company made everything very easy for us both before and during our vacation. You pick up your information packet in Foley, AL just before making it into Gulf Shores. The packet contains information about your stay and all relative gate and key codes. The room we stayed in is on the second floor which was nice as they have a 2 level parking and an onloading/loading area right by the room entrance. The down side is the elevator door is right in front of the room but unless someone is being very loud you almost never here them. The room is long with high ceilings and a warm color scheme. The room was clean for the most part besides some cobwebs on the higher HVAC vents. you can see the Gulf from anywhere in the main area and master bedroom. The views were great and we enjoyed spending time on the beach which was a short walk from the room (about 3-5 miinutes). Despite COVID people were keeping their distance on the beaches and respected everyone's boundaries. We would enjoy a dip in the pool at dusk which despite its size was big enough for a small crowd of people. We did not enjoy any of the other amenities offered as we spent most of our time on the beach or walking around. Overall great experience and would definitely rent again. The down sides are the master bathroom toilet when flushed was so loud you could hear it throughout the condo, and the master shower was not draining very well which I'm guessing was a clog in the drain.

My boys love the beach and have asked my husband and I if we could rent a condo for a weekend at the beach. With the current situation(COVID-19) we decided not to do any major traveling this year and go to the beach. The condo was perfect. Very easy parking(if the park on the 2nd floor) Easy access to the beach, nice pool/hot tub. The ocean view was beautiful. My boys even saw dolphins(using binoculars). The condo was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Waitr even delivers to the condo. It was the perfect condo to just sit back relax and try to be normal in these uncertain times vacation. Hopefully when we return again we will get to go out and enjoy more of Gulf Shores.

My family loved this condo. It was very clean, and the furnishings and decorations made it very homey and extremely comfortable: not your run-of-the-mill beach condo, by any means. The high ceilings and close proximity/easy access to the beach and parking were welcome bonuses. It was our first visit to Gulf Shores, and we will be back—and hopefully we will be back in this very condo. The check-in process was easy, although a little confusing in that the packets were in a cabinet outside the front door of the leasing office. Also, the leasing documentation misstated the use of key codes to access the pool and beach gates instead of fobs, which.were actually inside the condo but there was no instruction on when or how to use them. In both cases we were assisted by on-site personnel, so any delays were short-lived. Overall, as I stated, this was our best visit with a short term lease yet. I highly recommend this property and unit when visiting Gulf Shores.

This was the perfect property for me and the family, last minute reservations so we were nervous about what we would actually get. Check in was easy as pie and once we arrived on property we feel in love with it. Parking is an ease, approximately 30 second walk to room then 45 seconds to the beach. Condo had everything possibly needed from blankets to pillows, we cooked every night vs going out. The kitchen had plenty of plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans. It’s the small things that catch my eye like a meat thermometer and even a fruit squeezer, all appliances are top of the line and not cheap products. We had a great view and plan on making our stay in room 204 a yearly trip.

It was our 1st time in Gulf Shores, so we didn’t know what to expect. We will definitely be back. The condo was perfect! It was very clean and comfortable. The mattress in the front bedroom( near entrance) definitely needs to be replaced and the bathroom tub (gulf side) needs draino or plunged. It was very slow to drain. A plunger would have been helpful. We loved the closeness to the beach and that the parking was right outside the condo. We will definitely be back!

We will be coming back! ( The only challenge was the TV in the master bedroom kept going out because of the dish connection. )

This place is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. You look right out onto the beach as if you are already on it. Great pool ( indoor & outdoor)& hot tub. Close to shops & good places to eat. We have been using VRBO since we were married in Gulf Shores in 2008. This is the first condo we have stayed in which I will without a doubt use again. The gym area was awesome and roomy, everything was up to par in the condo, the folks at the condo were super friendly and now that you cannot leave your tents on out the beach the cubbies for you to use was really nice. The beds were very comfortable which I will say seems to be lacking at many of our past experiences so hopefully they will replace the mattresses when the time comes.

This is the perfect location if you are looking at renting in Gulf Shores. We stayed here for Hangout and it was amazing! Everything was within walking distance . We had a parking spot right in front of our room on the second floor and a balcony that faces the beach! All of the appliances are upgraded and the condo was very comfortable. There were 4 of us that slept comfortably and had plenty of room to move about the condo. I highly recommend renting this gem out if you are ever looking for a place to stay at!

Coming to Gulfshores for The Hangout is an Amazing trip. So glad that all four of you enjoyed the perfect location and were able to walk to everything. Having two bedrooms and two full baths plus a sofa bed allows you to have a spot for everyone. We were here for a long weekend and everything was fantastic . No problems at all. The condo is very clean and up to date. The decor is very nice. We loved the balcony, you felt like you were on the beach. Second floor parking right at your door is a plus also. The kids loved the pool & hot tub being just a few steps away. The property was in excellent condition and had all the amenities necessary for a great family vacation. Our kids enjoyed the large king bed in the guest bedroom. The condo location was outstanding to go to and from the beach and to enjoy evenings/mornings on the patio with a fabulous view. The location in Gulf Shores was excellent as well. This is a wonderful condo. The only issue we had was our cell phone service, and getting on the free WI-Fi. The 2nd level is perfect for parking location, pool, beach,, fitness center and game room. I think we would like to stay at a higher condo next time, to experience that also!

Stayed here for one week at the end of June 2012. Beautiful condo with even more gorgeous views. Very nice beach decor throughought condo. Very clean and well maintained. Having a full kitchen as well as laundry with small children was a necessity and worked great. You can't beat the convience of steps out your door to the beach. Very clean family friendly beach. Pool and hot tub were an added plus that we also enjoyed. Convient location and nearby to plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from. Second year in a row here and definately plan to come back again next year! My family loves this place!

Very clean and as described. Really enjoyed being able to park right outside of our condo door. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and all the amenities of the complex were very easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days there. The only problem we encountered (which wasn't major) was the spotty cell phone service (our AT&T phones had no service inside the condo but we could go out on the balcony and get service). The wireless internet was also not very good. Not a problem if you're looking for a place to get away from it all. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for reviewing Crystal Shores 204. Parking close to the front door is such an advantage when unloading and leaving the property in general. Waiting on an elevator came be time consuming in the busy months. You can even walk to the end of the hall and take the stairs down to the pool. At times I have had issues with cell service in the unit at but I have not had complaints regarding the internet. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will check with the service provider. This condo is amazing! Everyone loves a condo on a high floor but 204 is perfect as its right on parking level with super fast pool & white sand beach access! White glove clean with comfy linens. Kitchen with EVERYTHING u need. Spacious ultra private balcony perfect for morning coffee & wave watching. Lisa is so kind, helpful & accommodating. Across the street from west line Hangout music fest shuttle stop, yet not a stretch to walk. Would love to visit again end of Summer this year & Hangout again next year! This was our first stay at Crystal Shores, but it was a super place to stay. Easy access to the beach, and not far from all the fun spots (restaurants, souvenir stores). We used the workout room, the indoor pool (a plus for chilly days), the hot tub, and of course, we lived at the beach. The balcony was also great for relaxing and watching dolphins. Being on the second floor is a definite plus when it came to loading and unloading, but also when we had to occasionally dash to the room. Lisa was right there if we had any questions, and we'll definitely be back again. Two thumbs up! (P.S. Our bed was super comfortable!)
