Love this place !!! The view is amazing and I loved having so many options for fun. You could fish in which I caught some great fish and then there’s the beach and pools . Also you can walk to restaurants . Definitely will be back to this condo .

This is a great location and very nice condo, however there is currently no beach access. There is a dredging effort currently underway in Perdido Pass which is being piped across the beach in front of this condo blocking all beach access. Otherwise everything was great.

Condo was clean and well supplied except for bathrooms. Needed more bath towels and had no hand towels. Master bath had no bath matt for the floor. We washed bath towels on the second day of our stay.

The unit was very nice and as described on line. The rental company was very attentive and check in was the best. No going to an office to get keys or a parking pass. We showed up and walked right in. They checked in via text to make sure everything was perfect. We love this location so this was the third time renting at Grand Point. Close to everything. We will return agaon in the fall.

I took my husband to Grande Point for his birthday.. It was our first stay there, and first time to use “Liquid Life” for booking a condo. First let me say, the condo was immaculately clean. Probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever had in Orange Beach. The king bed was sooooo comfortable! No memory foam which was a huge plus for us! The 6th floor view of “The Pass” was awesome. We watched boats go in and out and saw dolphins everyday! We loved our stay and will definitely rent again!

This property was beautiful! Just like pictures! The only issues we had were with the small bathroom shower curtain and towel rack, they weren’t bolted in the wall and they kept falling.

Staff was very friendly. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Amenities were well maintained. We had very minor issues with loose towel racks and toilet paper holders but management responded to our report quickly. Was not an issue at all. Orange Beach has a calmer vibe than Destin. It was a great getaway.

This condo is VERY nice!! Nice furnishings, lovely decor, and especially comfortable bedding. The balcony was a dream…spacious with 4 chairs and a high top table and chairs:) It was quiet and peaceful and we loved watching the boats going in and out of the pass. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Super, we have always wanted to stay at Grand Pointe but when we could the condos were booked. It was easy ck in and out the condo was very clean-beds comfortable -and the furniture very comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome. Spent having coffee in mornings and watching boats and dolphins on the balcony made our start for a great day. Management was great to work with. Will definitely be checking on staying again. Thank you for a very pleasant stay in your condo.
