Grand Pointe 708

The best condo I have ever stayed at. The views were absolutely gorgeous. The condo was spacious and the building was very clean. The pool and hot tub were great and we met a lot of friendly people. We will be back next year!

The Grande Pointe Resort was a great place for a family with all age groups. Room 708 was so comfortable for a family of nine boasting 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The view of bay was spectacular! The walkway to beach was easy. The elevators were quick! The kids loved the pools, sauna and steam room! Kitchen stocked with pots and dishes, starter kits for bathroom and kitchen and apartment was very clean!!

We had a great stay in 708! This condo felt like “us” with its decor, layout, etc. It’s updated and had what we needed stocked in the kitchen. The management company was really easy to communicate with and offered excellent check in/check out information.

Nice well keep property, everything you need. Very clean and great views. Condo is close to everything. We had our teenage grandchildren with us and they had a blast.first time to this location and we are not disappointed. Pretty sound proof also which is a big plus compaired to other condos we've stayed in.

i love this condo, but the ball was dropped on this last stay. we arrived a few days after a coastal storm. i certainly understand that balcony furniture needs to be brought in during that time. we arrived to alllll of the balcony furniture inside the living area. ok....we can handle this. we unpacked and started moving furniture. we own this particular brand and we know that it is heavy. we moved 4-5 pieces (5 to go) and contacted the condo managers (friday at 6pm)....the response was that they would let their maintenance crew know. we left the condo on saturday morning, got back at 3-ish, assuming furniture would be out the door. no contact was made to us and the furniture was still there. we did it ourselves. this week, i received a text from the condo managers, hoping everything had been great. i responded with this same info. no response!!!!!! the owners need to know this.

We had such a good time. The property was clean and spacious. It had a luxurious feel. We watched dolphins and boats going in and out of the harbor, the sunrises were absolutely stunning! The outdoor pool was clean and well kept. The beach was just a short walk out there, and we even fished on the Jetty and caught a few! Highly recommended. We loved it so much we had wished we booked a longer trip!

I'm always nervous about booking rooms because you never know if the pictures will be deceiving. This condo was even better than the pictures. The view from the 7th floor balcony is of the jetty and pass so you get to watch the boats coming in. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it but I ended up loving it. Even saw dolphins one morning. The room itself was very clean and very spacious. Originally we planned to have another family go with us but they weren't able to make it so we took our 3 boys plus 2 of their friends, so 7 of us total, and there was still 3 extra beds available. The other family could have easily fit. The boys loved the indoor and outdoor pool. My husband and I utilized the fitness center (2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 stationary bike) and you can look out over the pool while using it. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is the shower in the king master bedroom. It is small and you have to dodge the shower stream while bathing so it doesn't wash you off too soon, but that was a small thing to overlook since the condo was so nice. The tub in the master bath also was out of order, but I read that on a previous review so I was expecting that (I didn't plan to use it anyway).Check-in and check-out was super easy and I received MANY texts and emails checking in on us. I loved that they were attentive. I couldn't believe what we got for the price! I plan to book this room again later in the year or next summer!

My family and I enjoyed our vacation so much! We have stayed at several condos in this complex, but this is one of our favorites! The bunk beds in the kid’s room was a game changer! The room was well stocked with anything we needed. The property is beautiful. The view of the sunrise from the balcony is the best in the island!

Grand Pointe 708 is a beautiful condo. The view was amazing. We came to Orange beach for a few days for My son’s spring Break. I would love to come back to this same Condo for a re-do for better weather. The location was convenient to wonderful restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful, relaxing time.

We had a view of the Pass and the Gulf and it was amazing. The morning sunsets were fabulous! We enjoyed watching the boats pass by. It was so relaxing. The condo was perfect and beautiful. The ice maker was a plus!!
