Royal Palms 905

This was our 3rd year staying in a condo at Royal Palms. 1st time in this particular condo. Check in process was quick and easy. Had an issue w/wifi not connecting, customer service was very responsive. WiFi connection was restored within 36-48hrs. Clean condo. Smelled good. Comfy beds and pillows. Good patio furniture. Loved the walk in shower. Checking out was easy too. Definitely recommend!

We've stayed at Royal Palms many times. We love the location. This unit is gorgeous & looks like it has been recently updated. We especially loved the walk-in shower in the master bedroom. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need & we loved the nice size balcony with plenty of seating & lounge chairs.

This was exactly as expected! The place was beautifully decorated and the beach view was spectacular!
There is a private company that sets out chairs and umbrellas that can be rented for a per day or weekly basis. This was not mentioned either and to be honest, I was taken aback by this as I felt that should be an amenity to the condo especially with the prices you pay! However after finding the cubby a few days in, it was better.
There is a cubby closet type thing on the ground floor that was not mentioned where you can borrow items for the beach such as chairs (some are broken) that work for what is needed, it also has beach toys and boards to use for the water!
The only thing I wish they had in the condo is a small air fryer for reheating food, however this of course is not a make or break!
The resort was easy to find and the check in and check out were seamless.
The guide they send you for your stay is awesome and has just about everything you need or want to know!

We book a short notice trip to the beach on the 4th of July weekend. The condo was exactly as described, with great communication leading up to check in, through the stay and after checkout. Great trip. Everything we expected.

Great stay, solid condo, slightly pricey, and if you want a 2nd parking pass you will have to purchase and it isn’t outrageous expensive other wise you do get a parking violation ticket 😩

We stayed in Randy's lovely condo for Hangout Fest and had a great experience! The location is great, about a mile walk to the festival, and it's centrally located to grocery stores and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed all of the amenities on property. And the view can't be beat! 10/10 recommend!

Overall not many complaints. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location is amazing , the beach is not very crowded in front of the condo, and over all amazing. We will stay here again in the future ? A few things that were not mentioned:They only provide 1 parking pass, if you bring more than one vehicle you have to drive to the main office 15 minutes away and pay $63 for it. You have to provide a lot. They do not provide you with much other then the condo All of the stores in the area do not sell the coffee filters needed for the coffee machine.

Fire alarm detector will go off few times a day for No reason, and it's annoying and loud. We called and texted the management and never came to fix it.

Property was nice and clean. Pool was less than desirable. A temporary parking pass for someone to ‘drop off' something or ‘stop by' for a moment was too expensive. Especially when parking lot was half empty. Included in what is available would be nice to know type of coffee filters were needed. There were none available like most VRBO places we have stayed.

Beautiful beach residence. Unit was immaculate, updated, and mattresses were very comfortable. Large balcony overlooking gorgeous beach and gulf. Close to restaurants. Will definitely want same unit next year.
