The Primary suite is a serene retreat, featuring a comfortable King bed, walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. With balcony access directly from the Primary suite, you can wake up to stunning sunrise views over the Gulf or unwind with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset in the evening. The attached private bath offers luxury and convenience, providing a relaxing space to refresh after a day at the beach.

The second bedroom boasts a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a cozy and inviting space for guests or family members. The bonus room offers additional sleeping arrangements with a Twin Daybed and a Twin Trundle, perfect for children or extra guests. A flat-screen TV in the bonus room ensure that everyone has their own space to relax and unwind.

Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you need for your culinary creations. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for the whole family, or take advantage of the outdoor dining area on the balcony for an experience with breathtaking views of the Gulf.

After a day of beachcombing and exploring all that Gulf Shores has to offer, unwind in the comfortable living area, where plush sofas provide the perfect spot to relax and recharge. For added convenience, the unit includes a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to keep your beach towels and swimsuits fresh and clean throughout your stay. Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include 2 parking passes as part of your stay. No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in November and February. To get a quote on the monthly rates, call our office. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
