Situated on the 5th floor of a low-density complex in Gulf Shores, this cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo provides stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Primary suite features a comfortable King bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a peaceful haven for relaxation after a day of beachside adventures. Additionally, there are Twin hall bunk beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests in total.

Unwind in the well-appointed living area, complete with plush seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for family movie nights or quiet evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals.

At Seacrest, guests enjoy exclusive access to our refreshing outdoor pool, designed for both relaxation and family fun. Unwind in the hot tub, the ideal spot to soothe your senses and relax under the Gulf Coast sun.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

We loved staying at this condo! The view was amazing, right on the beach! Check in was super easy, aside from not realizing extra parking is across the street which is where we had to park most of the time. About 2 miles from restaurants & shopping! Couldn’t ask for much better location! The host was very responsive as well! We will definitely stay here again.
