We had such a great week here! It was on the 15th floor and had some of the best views we’ve ever had when staying on the beach! They made the whole process seamless, from check-in to check-out - they provided a welcome guide with things to do, things to know, etc. they made sure to communicate effectively leading up to the trip and also throughout the trip on what to prepare for when checking out.
