Beautiful view! Condo was great with lots of space. There was a nice supply of beach chairs, boogie boards and pool floats if needed. Really enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub. Good location. Close to state park with trails.

This stay was immaculate. It really had everything you needed. The only thing missing was some extra blankets. The location was good, less than a mile from the Hangout if you are up to walking there since parking at the Hangout can be a pain at times. I loved that they provided beach chairs, beach toys, pool floats. Even though we didn't get a chance to use them, I loved having them there if needed. I would definitely stay here again if we visit again.

Loved everything about this property and overall experience. Exactly as pictured and advertised. The view from the balcony was incredible and easy access to the beach and ocean was perfect. We had everything we needed (cooking utensils and such) to make our stay more memorable and meaningful. We were sad that our vacation ended, and we still talk about how much we loved our time here. We would love to come back again soon.

We loved the beach front view and the hominess of the property. The kitchen was well stocked for cookware, and the dishwasher was the exact model of mine at home, so I felt comfortable using that appliance! It's the little things that make it feel like a home away from home.

The view from the balcony was spectacular! The condo was spacious and clean. My mattress was comfortable and firm which was perfect for my back. There were various beach items available for use (chairs, umbrellas, toys). I will be back next year!!!

The Lighthouse condo was very easy to use. Check-in was easy, plenty of parking, and the carts were a lifesaver. The views & beach are beautiful! The condo was festive and spacious. We were in town for a girls' weekend and enjoyed the shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby.

We loved that there were 3 different pools for the kids to relax or have fun when it was too dark for the beach. The beach access is always a plus. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and we didn't have any issues with the room. The kids loved that they got mini shampoo and conditioner just like a hotel.

Beautiful home and great location. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken. I did submit the maintenance request and was told to check the breaker and take a picture of the error code. That makes sense, but we didn't feel like taking the time out of our vacation to troubleshoot. Otherwise, awesome stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Lighthouse 1206! The unit has beautiful views of the ocean and you can hear the waves from inside. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. Both the outdoor pools and the beach were great. We'll come again.

We loved the condo. Being right on the beach was the best! Spectacular ocean views. Great amenities—pools, hot tubs, etc. Also conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would love to stay at the Lighthouse condo again in the future.

The condo was awesome! So was the building. I would absolutely stay in that condo again! Only issue was me calling on the way down to ask questions. They would just put me on hold until I was disconnected instead of answering the questions.

Property was as advertised and very clean, exactly what we expected. Great views of the gulf and amenities at the Lighthouse were as expected. Pools and hot tubs were well maintained and clean. Only minor issues with the unit, like no kitchen drain plug and dead batteries in the remote, but these were minor and would not keep me from rebooking at this unit. Would stay again at this property in the future.

The location was great. Perfect setting on the beach. Easy beach and amenities access. The condo was comfortable and clean. I do recommend bringing your own seasonings/spices if planning on cooking. Parking permit is pricey. Other than that, we fully enjoyed our stay. Felt right at home.

We traveled down to this area for spring break with our 8-month-old daughter, and it was perfect! The condo is updated and nice, plenty of space for our family. The location is only a 15-minute walk to The Hangout, and there are plenty of good local food places nearby. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Not only was the condo clean, it was stocked with dishes. We enjoyed the 12th-floor beach view from the balcony and the excellent service of the Lighthouse staff. I highly recommend this host and condo.

The condo was awesome. Cooked breakfast every day. Had a fully equipped kitchen. Had a Keurig coffee maker husband loved. The blender was great for margaritas. Our balcony was the greatest part of the stay. Saw two days of dolphin sightings.

We enjoyed our week staying in 1206. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys in the laundry room. Only complaint is the brown shag carpet in the bedrooms and blue shag rug in the living area.

We have stayed at the Lighthouse in the past and enjoyed it, so we booked here again. This time around, the building had some things that were either not working or not ideal. The heated indoor pool was not heated, which is a negative when going in the off-season. We were told it wasn't "working" when asked. The ice machine was out of service also, and we were told they'd "look into it." That didn't get fixed the week we were there. Also, there is construction going on at the building which had some of the parking roped off, making it hard to find a place to park at times. These are all things that can be fixed, so hopefully in the future, it's back up and running.

Very nice condo, everything looked just like the pictures. Lots of room—we had 3 adults and 3 children. The unit had 5 chairs, 2 boogie boards, but only 1 sand bucket, so if you need those, you may want to bring some. Nice 2 outdoor pools, hot tubs, and indoor pool.

The location was perfect and very clean! Only reason for a nine instead of a 10 is that the parking garage is a little tight getting in and out.

The condo was great! Everything was very nice. A few items need to be addressed, but nothing that makes the experience unbearable. Loved being right on the beach and hearing the waves. Everything we needed was available for us. Very nice balcony and comfortable outdoor furniture.

We were extremely happy with our accommodations. The room, pool, and beach were clean and not too crowded. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 in the unit. However, if you have larger guests needing the same space, it would be a bit crowded, especially in the room with the bunk beds.

Clean, updated, convenient location, great security, pools were clean, nice fitness area. Very family-oriented. Only negative is long waits for elevators. But all in all, it was a wonderful place to stay.

I love this property and the layout of the condo. The Master had extremely flat pillows and a super firm mattress, but we enjoyed the condo so much we made it!
