This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath Gulf-front condo is the home away from home you have been dreaming of. Join us for your well-deserved vacation and relax with the sound of waves crashing against the shore.
At this time Island Tower construction has begun at Island Tower. Phase one started on December 12, 2022, and is expected to last through May 5, 2023. Phase 2 will begin on August 14, 2023, and is expected to last through March 15, 2024. During these times the homeowners association does require all guests to sign a waiver to stay on the property. Please be informed that booking any dates during this construction timeline or period there are no cancellations or moves upon arrival.
This Gulf Shores condo rental is located on the 6th floor. The master suite features a King bed and private bathroom outfitted with a Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. This unit will accommodate up to 6 people.
The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig. Free Wi-Fi is provided as well as a flat-screen TV and DVD player in the living room and all bedrooms.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Island Tower amenities include a Gulf-front heated indoor pool, sauna, Gulf-front fitness center, large beach-side outdoor pool with lounge area, playground, BBQ area, covered parking, two high-speed elevators, and 150 feet of white sandy beaches. Located 0.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores.
PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
