Condo was on the top floor and had an amazing view. The building is older and could use some improvements but I knew that from reading previous reviews. The bedroom is located at the front of the unit so we got a lot of street noise and people walking by to the elevator. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.eleelevator

The location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of Gulf Shores! Easy in and out, plenty of parking and great access to the beach. The building is older, but they've attempted to make updates. Quality of remodel to unit wasn't great, but the overall look is aesthetically good. The bathroom is very small and the sink is very low. My daughter and I are both 5'9"+. They provided plenty of bath towels, which was very much appreciated. Plenty of seating in the living area and amazing view! No hair dryer in the unit was an assumption/oversight on my part and disappointing when trying to get ready. Property rules state no smoking on property, but we had to walk through the stench of cigarette smoke outside the office as we followed the office employee in to check in. Fortunately we didn't have to go back over there. Overall good experience and would put it on the list for the future.

We enjoyed our stay! The views from the balcony are stunning.
We felt that additional fees for parking were a little high since we were already renting the condo. ($10 per night during our visit but fluctuate during peak seasons.) The furniture in the living area was worn and there were not a lot of seating options in the living area.
We didn't love that there was no door in the bedroom area. We would stay again but believe that the condo is in need of some minor repairs.

We were very pleased with our VRBO accommodations. Everything promised was included, no unusual surprises. View off balcony was spectacular! Loved the closeness to the beach. The cooking utensils and pans were plentiful and in excellent shape. The bed was very comfortable. We had a very relaxing time and felt there was good value for what we paid. Just a few suggestions: we brought our own beach towels as advised and glad we did for sitting on the beach. For a one week stay, we would suggest bringing at least one additional roll of toilet paper. Just one is provided. It would have been nice to have ice trays, but a bag of ice is readily available on the main floor for purchase. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks again for a very comfortable stay.

The condo was nice, but small and the bedroom is open to the whole condo. Best for 2 people anymore would be a tight fit. I have 2 complaints: not being able to check in til 4 instead of 3, and the extremely rude office staff to issue the parking pass. Ms. Elena in the office was completely rude to every question I asked. I was asking simple questions about the property and she answered every question so rudely. My husband even responded to her saying "she just had a question".

we enjoyed every minute in our vacation. Just wished the cost if thr parking ticket would have been in with the cost if the room. I tried to pay with a 100.00 and they was unable to do so, said they didn't have change.

The check in process could not be more simple. The condo inside was great with an incredible location and view. The automated check in/out was great; however, communicating with specific questions was very confusing. Rented through VRBO, through a vacation briskness, in a building owned by a different real estate company. The trip was called short due to corona virus and the condo owners cleared everyone out. Understandable, but knowing who to contact for a partial reimbursement was a complete mystery. Add the trip insurance company to confusion and it could not be more vague. Priority to get money back in such a time of crisis is not a priority but it would be considerate given the forced evacuation Otherwise, I’d definitely return to the property!
