The Primary suite is a serene retreat with a luxurious King bed and a private bath featuring a walk-in shower. For additional sleeping space, the unit cleverly includes built-in Twin bunk beds nestled in the hallway. The living room adds another layer of comfort with a cozy Queen sofa sleeper, perfect for relaxing after a day of beach adventures or for accommodating extra guests.

Designed with your convenience in mind, the condo boasts tile flooring throughout for easy beach living. A full-sized washer and dryer are available in the unit, ensuring all the comforts of home during your stay.

Take a refreshing dip in the Royal Palms' outdoor pool, indulge in the comfort of the heated indoor pool, or unwind and soothe your muscles in the inviting hot tub. Grills are available, ensuring a delightful cookout experience for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. Stay connected throughout your stay with free WiFi, ensuring you can share your beachside memories with friends and family.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Liquid Life is amazing! Our condo was so clean and matched the pictures. Their instructions could not have been more clear and easy. They even kept us updated on the weather conditions on the incoming tropical storm that was headed our way. We had several updates regarding safety for the weather.
