Condo was clean and as advertised. Was steps from the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The view of the ocean was outstanding.

This is a lovely place in a beautiful location. Hard to complain! Just know the exercise room is located on the 3rd floor, not the second should you need it :). We would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed this place, and would absolutely recommend it. It was clean, well appointed, and as represented. It was a quick walk anywhere, and it was awesome to be able to walk out the door and be on the beach.
The reserved on site parking was super handy, and convenient to the elevators. It wasn’t super clear where it was when we pulled in the lot - thankfully there was a friendly security guard that helped. Top tip, it’s under the building and has a sign with the apartment number on it.

We had a great stay and the condo was exceptional. The master bed was very comfortable. The only complaints are the soap dish had fallen off in the master shower prior to our check in. I did report it. Also, there was only one pan to use for cooking. We typically bring groceries with us, as much as possible, so we can cook some while there and not eat out as much. There was just the one little pan. Other than that, absolutely no complaints other than we had to leave and come home. ??

Stayed at Island Royale last year too, in a different condo. I would recommend Island Royale. The staff that work there are very nice. This condo was clean and had the supplies necessary for our stay. Of course, love that it is on the beach with the view of the gulf. I really liked the text messaging from the rental company making sure everything was ok and answering any of our questions!

This penthouse condo was clean, spacious, well appointed and comes with a spectacular view. The complex is on the beach, with a large hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool. We enjoyed the white sand beach and pool amenities. There is a dedicated parking spot but it is a tight squeeze for a truck or large suv. Our favorite was the large balcony! Great for dinner or drinks overlooking the ocean! Overall we would be comfortable staying here again!

This condo was beautiful! It was so great having 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. It is right on the beach! The view is amazing. The property manager was very great with communicating. Having a washer and drying worked out wonderful. Note that there is only start up for each item therefore you will need to get extra garbage bags, laundry soup, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It was also great having an assigned parking spot in the garage that is covered. If we go back to gulf shores, we would definitely stay in the same condo.

This condo was beautiful! It was so great having 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. It is right on the beach! The view is amazing. The property manager was very great with communicating. We had an issue with the AC, but after notifing Liquid Life that something was wrong, they got someone out to check it out, and then a repair man had it back up and going by that evening. It didn't hinder us whatsoever cause we were at the beach all day. My wife, son, and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it,we'll be back next year if available.

Overall we had an amazing stay at Island Royale! Would book here again! We stayed in the "penthouse". The view was amazing being on the 14th floor and the elevators were not an issue at all! However, that was the only thing that made it a "penthouse". The balcony was great to sit on and enjoy the view. Location was perfect ~ walking distance to a few of our favorite restaurants. Having Pier 33 across the street made it convenient to get ice and such. Perfect size for 4 adults. Dishes were dirty upon arrival so we had to wash some things before using. Would have LOVED to have had restrooms around the parking garage area to use as going up 14 floors was quite a hassle every time :) But overall….would stay here again!

The condo was really wonderful and the view was amazing! Top floor is hard to beat!! We had a full moon on our first night and it made my whole trip. I had two issues: check in was easy, but the timing was not communicated very well. We expected to be in by 3 pm, and when I looked at the email, it said it STARTED at 3 pm. That was difficult with a 3 year old. Our other issue was with the washer/dryer that weren't resolved in a timely manner. Everything else in the condo was wonderful.

The rental was exactly what we needed and more, beautiful view!!! Convenient location. The day we checked out we got a call not to long after we left. It was the house keeping manager calling to let me know my meds were found in the fridge. So we were able to turn around and go back and get it. He was so nice and truly a life saver!!! We had a wonderful stay in this unit and didn't have any problems at all with the property. One bonus feature that wasn't mentioned is that there is a private parking space very close to the elevator, so check in was a breeze. The view is incredible. One of the best gulf beach views I can recall in recent memory. The room was clean and the more importantly, the bed sheets were clean and tidy. The only recommendation we have for improvement is the bed in the master bedroom. It is pretty hard and we woke up pretty stiff most mornings. If not a replacement, then a mattress topper or some additional padding would improve the current situation. Overall a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend this unit to anyone!

Lovely condominium with an amazing balcony and view of the Gulf of Mexico! Would stay here again in a heart beat. The only problem we encountered was the elevators which were in and out of service the whole visit. That would not be a problem if we were on the first few floor, but when your condo is on the 16th floor it is more of a challenge! One nice perk we didn’t know about until we arrived was that this particular condo, along with any that had a “P” after the number, has a reserved parking spot in the garage!

We had a great time at the Island Royale! A great central location and awesome beach front views/access. Even when the trip hit a little snag the mangers were there to make it right. The only criticism was a couple of stains on the drapes and in the bathtub. Otherwise this was a great place to stay and we had a super fun time. Thanks for making our week great.

What a beautiful condo with breathtaking view of the Gulf and white sandy beach. Modern, beachy decor, plenty of seating and huge balcony all made our vacation stay perfect. Even has a trunk of books and games for those rainy days. The washer and dryer were handy to have. We wish we would have checked in at the office on the third floor so we could have learned that there was a couple of barbecues to use on the lower level. Limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap; so bring your own. The only negative; the master bed squeaks. Besides the swimming and walking miles of beach, There's much to do in the area, like a bike trail, ferry ride to Dauphin Island, learn how to blow glass at the Art Center, swim with the Dolphins, take an hour drive to tour the USS Alabama battleship or a 3 hour drive to New Orleans! Plus plenty of good eating and souvinier shopping. If walking to the pier, be sure to bring $3 cash each to be able to walk on it. My husband and I loved our stay and will return. We even saw dolphins while sitting at the beach. The staff at Liquid life are polite, friendly and helpful. The condo complex was kept clean and although one elevator broke down, it was fixed quickly after it as reported. Even the guards were friendly.

Recently rented this property for a girls getaway! It was exactly as depicted in the pictures. The unit was clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular. I would definitely rent it again and recommend it to friends and family. The staff at Liquid Life was very pleasant and easy to work with.

My sister and I rented this unit for a spur of the moment 5 day get away. The listing photos accurately reflect the rentals appearance. The property was well maintained, clean and start up supplies were very appreciated. Mattresses were comfortable and the view from the 17th floor amazing. We would recommend this property to all of our friends and family. Beach chair rentals were still open and the temperature was still in the high 70's to get some great sun on the beach. The pool was clean and the hot pools hot. The sauna and steam rooms were clean and relaxing. We did not use the workout room but it did have nice looking equipment with a beach front view. Well lit covered parking was provided for this unit. Favorite restaurants: Ribs and Reds, Mikee's Seafood, Pink Pony, Scoops ice cream, Krispy Kreme doughnut shop and more. Spent some great time antiquing in Foley. The staff at Liquidlife was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Making reservations was easy, check-in and check-out was quick. We can't wait to visit this unit again.
