View from property was excellent. Short walk to beach. Close to many restaurants and stores. House was comfortable for our 6 travelers. Only minor issue was lock on front door was tricky, but we figured it out. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s so hard to find a good place to accommodate three couples, three queen beds and three full bathrooms. It was clean and so cute in side. Staff were very helpful when we had a question at check in! We would gladly return!

Fit our group well and close to beach access. Only complaint was noise of traffic, but that is to be expected with the location right on the road. Clean and fully stocked kitchen as well!

Location, location, location. This property was at a great location just across the street from public access to the beach. Parking was easy just off main road under the house. Front part of home is newly remodeled. Back part is older, but in good condition. Nice upper level deck, for outdoor time.

The house is in a great location. Plenty of parking. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of space! Beds were comfortable. House feels very cozy. Loved the large porch! The floors were not clean when we arrived. I did not report this, as we were busy with baseball, and I could address it myself. The rest of the home was clean. Two of the showers were tiny. We all ended up using the one regular size bath/shower combo. Even with those two cons, we would definitely stay here again!! We had a wonderful experience and would recommend staying here!

Wonderful house located directly across from the BEACH! (Sit on the front porch and stare at the ocean waves close!) We enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for all seven of us. This adorable house was in the perfect spot - easy walking distance to shops and dinning, a short drive to get groceries and near Gulf State Park, a beautiful place to hike or bike through! Wonderful management company that kept in constant communication throughout the trip! Will definitely be coming back!

The house was as described and they mentioned construction so it wasn't a surprise but the construction meant we had to walk down a bit to get to beach. Wished the unit had a grill but overall we had everything we needed and it was spacious.

The only problem with this vacation home is the weeds. We tried to use the back door that leads straight to a shower to avoid getting sand all over the house but our feet and legs got scratched due to poor maintenance in the backyard. Tall weeds with thorns should have been mowed or removed. Check in code didn't work so the process was delayed. Our oven stopped working and they changed it to a functional one. The house was beautiful and we were very comfortable there. Washer and dryer made our vacation easier. Location is amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location for the festival we were there to attend so it was perfect for our stay. House was as described and comfortable for our group. Property management was top notch! We had a small maintenance issue when we arrived that was handled very promptly and professionally despite the extreme traffic, road closures and detours in the area at the time of the Shrimpfest . Would definitely recommend for being close to all the fun beach action and festivities that occur around the Hangout area but during peak times expect lively neighbors and happy people foot traffic until the bars close!

Honestly, unless you want a high-rise condo, this is the closest house to the beach without being on it. Easy walk across the street and you are in sand. Very clean & well decorated interior. Nice porch for sitting, just keep in mind that the street can be loud with traffic at times. We stayed for a Beach V.Ball tournament and the location was so convenient to walk back & forth.

The house is really large and layout was perfect, it had all of the amenities we wanted +some! Liquid Life was available to me at all times! We had a short walk right to the beach! There are hotels close where you can sign up for hotel events (banana boat ride, parasailing and chair/umbrella rentals). We enjoyed an amazing breeze while relaxing on the front porch! We had a great selection of stores & Restaurants within a short walk or 5 minute drive from the house. This is going to be our repeat place to stay on our next Gulf Shore trip!

Rental was clean, easy to find, and perfectly located on the main strip, with direct beach access. There was a couple of things that need addressing. First, the kids could never connect to the WIFI. After several attempts and communications with mgmt., it was a failure. Second, the house needs to be sprayed, exterminated. There were several roaches seen in the kitchen and bedroom left of the kitchen.

Honestly, unless you want a high-rise condo, this is the closest house to the beach without being on it. Easy walk across the street and you are in sand. Very clean & well decorated interior. Nice porch for sitting, just keep in mind that the street can be loud with traffic at times. We stayed for a Beach V.Ball tournament and the location was so convenient to walk back & forth.

We were extremely satisfied with the location and space of this rental house for our vacation. The public beach across the street is perfect and so many things are walkable. There was an issue with the bathtub when we arrived and maintenance came the same day to fix it. The only dissatisfaction we had was the amount of provided soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc… For a house that is supposed to house up to 10 people, I feel like there should be more than one of everything…especially staying multiple nights.

We were so pleased! The listing was exactly as described. Highlight was being across the street from the beach and three showers! Family of 6 and it was so nice to walk back from the beach and let everyone shower after to get all the sand off. The house looked exactly like the photos. Had all the utensils and cookware I could need (even a pressure cooker, which was a pleasant surprise to cook a few things in). We were all pleased with the place and if we come back, we are staying right here again!
