Kiran Terrace Duplex

Welcome to the Kiran Terrace Duplex, a spacious coastal retreat perfect for large families, multiple groups, or friends traveling together. By renting both sides of the duplex, A101 and A102, you'll enjoy six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms across two connected townhomes, with space to comfortably accommodate up to twenty guests.

Each side of the duplex offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The open living rooms feature comfortable sofas, flat-screen TVs, and private balcony access for enjoying the Gulf breeze. Both primary bedrooms are located on the main floor, each with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, along with convenient half bathrooms nearby.

Upstairs, the guest bedrooms provide plenty of flexibility for families and friends. Each side includes one bedroom with a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, and balcony access, as well as two additional queen bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom. Every unit also comes with its own washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

The Kiran Terrace Duplex is ideal for groups who want to stay close together while still enjoying the space and privacy of two full townhomes. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a multi-family vacation, or a beach getaway with friends, this duplex offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience in a prime coastal location.

This unit features an outdoor pool and is only a few minutes' walk from The Hangout.

This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
