Welcome to White Caps 1505, your luxurious Gulf-front oasis offering breathtaking views and unparalleled comfort. Located on the 15th floor, this exquisite 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a large private balcony accessible from both the living room and Primary bedroom, allowing you to soak in the beauty of Orange Beach and the soothing sounds of the Gulf.

Inside, the Primary suite awaits with a comfortable King bed, private bath, flat-screen TV, and balcony access for tranquil moments overlooking the Gulf. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom features two Queen-sized beds, perfect for accommodating families or larger groups. Each guest room comes equipped with a flat-screen TV for added entertainment.

With a sofa sleeper in the living room, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters allows you to prepare delicious meals, while the full-sized washer and dryer ensure convenience during your stay. Stay connected with free wireless internet access, and unwind in the evening with a movie on the flat-screen TV in the living room.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
White Caps provides a range of amenities for a delightful beach vacation experience. The complex is equipped with an outdoor pool for sunny day swims and an indoor pool for a more enclosed aquatic experience. The outdoor kiddie pool is a perfect spot for the little ones to splash and play safely. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the indoor hot tub, ideal for easing into a state of calm and relaxation. For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
