The second bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two Queen-sized beds, providing ample sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Each guest room is thoughtfully appointed with a flat-screen TV for added entertainment.

Prepare delicious meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, adorned with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the culinary essentials you need. White Caps provides a range of amenities for a delightful beach vacation experience. The complex is equipped with an outdoor pool for sunny day swims and an indoor pool for a more enclosed aquatic experience. The outdoor kiddie pool is a perfect spot for the little ones to splash and play safely. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the indoor hot tub, ideal for easing into a state of calm and relaxation. For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

My family and I had and amazing stay, the condo was clean and had more than enough room for 6 people. There were only a few cons that we noticed. The trim going from the kitchen to the living room, the master bath toilet still needed some adjustments, and lastly the security guard was not welcoming nor professional upon arrival. Otherwise we would book this condo again in the future and thank you for providing good hospitality.
