The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient wet bar with an ice maker. Whip up delicious meals and cocktails to enjoy with family and friends, or simply savor your morning coffee while taking in the panoramic Gulf views.

Retreat to the Primary suite and indulge in a luxurious soak in the jacuzzi tub, or refresh yourself in the separate glass-enclosed shower. With a plush King bed, flat-screen TV, and balcony access, this tranquil haven is the perfect place to unwind after a day of sun and surf.

The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a DVD player, providing a peaceful retreat for additional guests or family members.

SeaChase 1003W also features tile floors in the living area, plantation shutters throughout, and free WiFi, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Plus, with a full-sized washer and dryer, keeping your beach towels fresh and your swimsuits clean is a breeze.

Take a refreshing dip in one of the 3 outdoor pools or outdoor hot tub, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the coastal breeze. For year-round enjoyment, our indoor pool & hot tub provides a tranquil retreat, while our fitness room allows you to stay active during your stay. Enjoy outdoor dining and socializing at our grilling area, or challenge friends and family to a friendly game on our tennis/pickleball court. Plus, kids will love the splash pad & kiddie pool, providing hours of fun and excitement.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes can be picked up from the Seachase Guard Shack upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
