The Primary suite is a luxurious haven, featuring a comfortable King bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower for added relaxation and convenience. The second bedroom offers another King bed, while the third bedroom provides two Twin beds, ideal for accommodating guests or children. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and shares a well-appointed bathroom.

In the living room, unwind on the comfortable furnishings and enjoy entertainment with free wireless internet access. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making meal preparation a breeze. Tile floors throughout add to the elegance of the space, and a full-sized washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Summer House offers an array of amenities designed for relaxation and fun. Dive into the large, split-level outdoor pool or enjoy the tranquility of our indoor heated pool. Unwind in the sauna or hot tub, and take advantage of our covered poolside gazebo for a peaceful retreat. Stay active with our state-of-the-art fitness room, Omni tennis courts, putting green, and basketball court. Plus, the little ones will love the children's playground.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
