The second bedroom is equally comfortable with a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom, providing a perfect retreat for guests. The third bedroom is versatile and cozy, hosting a Queen bed and a Twin-Over-Full bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the hall bath, making it ideal for families or additional guests.

This unit boasts high ceilings and tile floors throughout, creating an airy and elegant ambiance. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient wet bar. Regency Isle provides a range of amenities for a fulfilling and enjoyable beach vacation. The complex features an outdoor pool, perfect for both swimming and sunbathing. Guests can relax in the outdoor and indoor hot tubs, offering a peaceful retreat. An indoor heated pool ensures comfortable swimming in any weather, while the grilling area is great for outdoor cooking and social gatherings. For wellness and relaxation, there's a sauna and steam room, creating a spa-like atmosphere for rejuvenation. The fitness center is available for guests who want to keep up with their exercise routine, and the activity room with a TV provides a casual space for leisure. The property includes a deeded boardwalk leading directly to the beach, equipped with outdoor faucets and a shower for convenience after beach activities. Complimentary WiFi throughout ensures guests can stay connected during their stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

Great place for girls trip!!

We took a late Mother’s Day, birthday, graduation trip. There was enough room for at least nine. We did not use the pullout couch. The place was clean. Our only complaint for the whole trip was the elevator getting stuck twice while some of us were on it, but overall the room was great!

Thank you for having us, as we celebrated our daughter’s wedding weekend! The rental was exactly as described, and the master bed was the best I’ve experienced in a rental.
There are not beach towels or beach chairs, so I would recommend bringing them if you don’t want to rent the ones on the beach ($15 per chair/$20 per umbrella).
The rental and the outdoor areas were extremely clean! It was overall a really good vibe. Would definitely stay again!

Our only complaint is that very little was provided i.e. basic things like Salt & Pepper 1 cleaning product would have been nice…….would be helpful to know what is provided!!
