Emerald Waters is designed to comfortably sleep 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a plush King bed, a custom-built Twin-over-Queen bunk bed, and two cozy sleeper sofas. Each room in the cottage is equipped with large smart TVs featuring streaming apps, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies (Streaming accounts are not provided, but guests can use their own).

The cottage, constructed to the highest standards with Gold Fortified certification, boasts an array of features for your comfort and convenience, including contactless entry via door code, ensuring security and ease of access, and wireless WiFi access throughout the home to keep you connected during your stay. Elegant interiors featuring pine wood and tile flooring, custom cabinets and shelving, solid stone countertops, and sophisticated crown molding on both levels and high ceilings, measuring 12' and 10', enhance the sense of space and luxury.

Absolutely loved our stay! We visited with our 3 young children and they had a blast! The house was clean and decorated very nicely, and the pool area was a major hit!! My kids loved spending time at the pool area, and getting to the beach via the shuttle was a breeze. The neighborhood was clean and quiet-perfect for a family getaway. 10/10 would visit again!!

Perfect private place and right next to the beach. The pool and lazy river was always warm and clean. Had a great time, only thing I would ask is that there was extra toilet paper and garbage bags provided for us. We had to end up going and buying our own.
