Welcome to Caribe Resort D1109, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo perfect for your dream vacation. Located on the 11th floor, this haven offers breathtaking views of the Gulf and Old River from your private balcony, ensuring an unforgettable stay.

The living room features a comfortable sofa sleeper, ideal for relaxation and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern conveniences, including a coffee maker, elegant granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a built-in double oven. A convenient wet bar with an ice maker off the kitchen elevates your entertaining experience.

The primary suite is your personal retreat, featuring a plush King bed, a 65" flat-screen TV, and a private balcony for morning sunrises. You will find a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom and a twin rollaway bed in the primary suite closet for additional guests. The en-suite bath has a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom is cozy and inviting, featuring another king bed, a 65" flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath, which provides a jacuzzi tub and shower combo for premium relaxation.

The resort also boasts various recreational facilities, including a bocce ball court, three lighted tennis courts, a putting green, a playground area, a fun arcade room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Dining is a delight at Cobalt, the on-site restaurant known for its exquisite cuisine and beautiful waterfront views. Additional conveniences include an outdoor BBQ area, fishing docks, and a shuttle service to the beach, making Caribe Resort an ideal choice for a memorable beachside escape. Additional amenities include a full-service marina, perfect for boating enthusiasts, and an arcade room for indoor entertainment. The resort also features private cabanas, a tiered outdoor pool area, and a convenient beach trolley service. Boat slip rentals are available for those who wish to explore the waters.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet at our Liquid Life Front desk. Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Beautiful view of the bay. Dolphins galore. Condo was beautiful. The owners gave a lot of thought as to what people would like. The pools were great and the lazy river was a big success. This is our third trip to Orange beach but our first stay at caribe. We will definitely be coming back.
