The primary bedroom offers a serene retreat with a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a corner Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom includes two full beds and a walk-in shower. Two queen sofa sleepers in the living room provide additional sleeping accommodations, making this condo ideal for larger groups.

For added convenience, the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. At Caribe 213D, you'll experience a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking views.

The resort also boasts a variety of recreational facilities, including a bocce ball court, three lighted tennis courts, a putting green, a playground area, a fun arcade room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Dining is a delight at Cobalt, the on-site restaurant known for its exquisite cuisine and beautiful waterfront views. Additional conveniences include an outdoor BBQ area, fishing docks, and a shuttle service to the beach, making Caribe Resort an ideal choice for a memorable beachside escape. Additional amenities include a full-service marina, perfect for boating enthusiasts, and an arcade room for indoor entertainment. The resort also features private cabanas, a tiered outdoor pool area, and a convenient beach trolley service. For those who wish to explore the waters, boat slip rentals are available.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet at our Liquid Life Front desk. Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
