This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condominium, perched on the 11th floor, comfortably sleeps 10 people. The accommodation includes two opulent King suites, each boasting their own private bathrooms and balcony access for intimate oceanfront experiences. Additionally, there is a double Queen suite with a private bathroom and balcony access, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. For extra convenience, the living room features a Queen sleeper sofa with balcony access.

The family room is furnished with brand new furniture, including a sectional sofa with a Queen sleeper. Enjoy streaming your favorite TV shows or watch Dish on the Smart TV during your indoor relaxation time. The spacious kitchen overlooks the living room and features an island bar that seats 4, perfect for social cooking sessions. It’s equipped with all stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate both a regular and Keurig coffee maker, and the under-counter wine cooler is an added luxury for wine aficionados.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Girls getaway trip. Everything from booking to checking out was a breeze. Beautiful views, well appointed condo, spacious, clean, has everything you need. Watch out for loose or broken tiles though. Activities and dining a short drive away to the infamous Flora-Bama a block away. We would definitely stay again!!
