Inside, discover a Primary suite designed for comfort and tranquility, featuring a plush King bed, private bath, flat-screen TV, and balcony access for seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom boasts two Queen-sized beds, providing ample space for up to 10 guests to rest and recharge. Each guest room is thoughtfully appointed with a flat-screen TV for added entertainment.

Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite counters, a stylish backsplash, and all the culinary essentials you need to whip up your favorite dishes. A full-sized washer and dryer ensure convenience during your stay, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected throughout.

White Caps provides a range of amenities for a delightful beach vacation experience. The complex is equipped with an outdoor pool for sunny day swims and an indoor pool for a more enclosed aquatic experience. The outdoor kiddie pool is a perfect spot for the little ones to splash and play safely. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the indoor hot tub, ideal for easing into a state of calm and relaxation. For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

The condo was perfect for our needs. The girls loved the inside pool and hot tub. It rained the first day we were there but they were pumped they still were able to swim. Walmart was close by and we visited it many times. The only draw back, which I know they couldn’t help, was that we had 3 couples and only were able to get 2 parking passes. One couple had to utilize off property parking.
