The Primary suite in Broadmoor 901 is a luxurious haven, featuring a comfortable King bed, a cozy sitting area, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and direct balcony access. The suite's Primary bath includes a walk-in shower, providing a spa-like experience for ultimate relaxation.

The second bedroom is equally inviting, outfitted with a Queen Tempur-Pedic memory foam bed, ensuring a restful sleep. The third bedroom offers versatile sleeping options with a Twin-over-Queen bunk bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for personal entertainment.

Broadmoor 901 boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, catering to all your culinary needs. Broadmoor offers essential amenities for a relaxing beach vacation. Enjoy the convenience of wireless internet, an outdoor pool for leisurely swims, and a hot tub for relaxation. The complex also features a sauna for unwinding, shuffleboard and tennis courts for recreation, and a well-equipped exercise room for fitness enthusiasts. A boardwalk provides direct beach access, making visits to the sandy shores effortless. Broadmoor combines comfort and convenience, ideal for a beachside stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. This space was perfect for a girls trip! Spacious condo with great views and location. The kitchen is a bit tight for how spacious everything else is and they lacked some basics like salt and pepper but we left some for the next guests :) Master is beautiful and we loved having a bed for everyone. Beach access is super easy. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!
