We really enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the outdoor pools (super cold) and the twisty slides! The beds were super comfortable, and the parking was great!! There is an assigned spot in the parking ramp near the elevators! We really lucked out with this location. I just wish there would have been more seating options on the balcony. We chose not to sit on the only chaise lounge for fear it would break!

Enjoyed our 3 week stay. Just the wife and I. Very spacious . condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf and Perdido Bay. A few minor maintenance issues with the bathrooms. Unable to use the tubs. Also, the shower and tubs were not cleaned prior to our arrival to we bought cleaning supplies and cleaned them both. Management and staff for the property were very cordial and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:This place is beautiful, clean and spacious!! We loved the Caribe resort as well. We played tennis and bocce ( you can use their equipment - they just hold your ID until you return it. You get it from building B at the front desk) The weather wasn't warm enough for us to use the swimming pools as it was very windy during our stay but there were several kids enjoying it 🙂 Getting to the beach is a hike but it is great exercise! The only negative was the lack of necessities that are supplied ( only enough detergent to wash one small load of laundry and only enough dishwashing liquid to wash one load of dishes. We finally found one hand soap for 2 bathrooms and I think that was only there because someone had left it there in one of the cabinets. No salt/pepper. It is still a WONDERFUL place to stay. Just be prepared. We loved the furniture and decor and the kitchen is amazing! Would love to come back sometime when the weather is a little nicer ??

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives. The Caribe Resort was an excellent property. The unit was clean and big enough that we didn’t feel like we were stepping on top of each other. My only concern was the parking. Each unit is only allowed two vehicles: one in a numbered spot and the other in an unnumbered spot wherever this is a spot to be found. This resulted in walking a longer distance with bags of groceries or beach stuff. Also, the numbered spots are not in any sort of order. It actually took us a full day to finally locate our spot (we were told it was in two different places by staff members- both were wrong). There were plenty of pools so you never felt crowded, and although you had to drive or shuttle to the beach, it wasn’t very far. The resort is located in the middle of Orange Beach so you’re a short ride from the restaurants, shopping, bars, grocery, Florida, and just about 15-20 minutes from Gulf Shores and Foley (outlet shopping and more restaurants). Overall, a great spot for a nice beach vacation. Just limit the number of cars.

I love this property. I do not have one complaint, only good things to say. First I love the location. Even though this property is not right on the beach it is a very short drive or a nice walk to it. The great thing about this location is that it sits between the bay and the ocean, so you have the best of both worlds. The beach access that is right across from the property is not as busy as some of the other beach access, so that was very nice. As for the actual property, it was very clean, easy access to everything and the property has everything you could imagine. I will be staying at this property again.

The property was beautiful. Everything is so convenient you're close to the beach as well as restaurants. Very secure and safe. Although our trip consisted of only adults this would be a great location if you are taking children lots of stuff for them to do. We really enjoyed our stay!

Check in and out was quick and simple. Our unit was spacious and well appointed. Thank for providing the Keurig! The view was the best of both worlds - the Intercoastal and the Gulf, the large porch making the view accessible and real. We enjoyed the quiet but an explore of the property found us on the docks watching dolphins play, sitting by a pool, walking over to Cobalt. We appreciate being out of the bustle of the wall to wall condo complexes across the bridge and an easy walk under the bridge took us to a quiet beach. We've stayed at Caribe before and will stay again. We like the unit and view!

Hade a very pleasurable stay, enjoyed the Pools, Lazy river, Marina and convenience of a Restaurant (cobalt) walking distance. Condo was great! Very spacious especially for two people! Beautiful sunrise view from almost every room. Would recommend this condo to my family and friends. I think my only complaint is parking, having two Full size trucks parking in designated spots next to each other made it a tight fit.

We spent many mornings drinking coffee and just enjoying the view before taking a swim in the pools or relaxing on the beach. The beach is across the street but has free public parking beach access. They do only allow 2 parking passes at Caribe and parking is hard to come by. There is a designated parking spot for one car. We had a third car for one night and the security guards at the front gate were nice enough to give us a pass with no problems.
