The owners have infused this space with top-notch upgrades, including a high-grain leather sectional sofa, perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. All bedrooms have been transformed with luxury planked flooring, adding an elegant touch to your stay. The large wrap-around balcony, now adorned with brand-new patio furniture, invites you to savor dinners al fresco or unwind in the four plush turquoise rockers, all while soaking in the breathtaking views. Entertainment is top-tier here, with new Smart TVs throughout the condo.

The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation featuring a King bed, a 50-inch TV, direct balcony access, and a private bath equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a comfortable King bed and a 50-inch Smart TV, ensuring a private and serene space. The third bedroom, with its Queen bed and 50-inch TV, offers an equally restful setting. For larger groups or families, the fourth bedroom is ideal, featuring 2 sets of Twin bunk beds and a 50-inch Smart TV, perfect for kids or extra guests.

Accommodating up to 12 guests, the unit includes a queen fold-out bed in the living room alongside a 65-inch Smart TV, ensuring ample space for everyone. The expansive 632 sq. ft. balcony becomes your personal outdoor retreat, ideal for enjoying the fresh sea air and stunning views.

The kitchen, a chef's delight, is fully equipped with granite counters, stainless-steel Kitchen-Aid appliances, including a built-in double oven, and a Keurig for your morning coffee. An elegant wet bar with an ice maker is also featured, perfect for preparing evening cocktails.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. No refunds will be given for parking passes. All parking policies are made by the HOA.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Caribe resort has so much to do. The marina is right there which we love. We bring our boat and having it on site I. The water is a huge plus.
Multiple hot tubs, multiple pools, lazy river, water slides, mini golf, saunas and more. Perfect place to relax with the family
