Welcome to Caribe 713C, a waterfront condo where elegance and relaxation blend seamlessly, offering the perfect setting for your much-deserved getaway.

Located on the 7th floor, this Orange Beach condo rental provides spectacular south-facing Gulf views and easy private balcony access from both the living area and the Primary bedroom. Its prime location just east of Perdido Pass in Orange Beach ensures stunning vistas and a serene atmosphere.

The Primary bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony for those tranquil morning views. Indulge in luxury in the Primary bath, equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a welcoming Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. For larger groups or families, the third bedroom is ideal with its 2 Twin bunk beds, a cozy futon, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi tub and shower combo.

Additional sleeping options include a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a convenient Twin rollaway bed in the Primary bedroom, allowing this unit to comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests.

This premier resort features three outdoor and three indoor pools, complemented by a lazy river, two exciting water slides, and a special kiddie water slide. For relaxation, guests can unwind in one of the three indoor hot tubs or his/her saunas. The resort also boasts a variety of recreational facilities, including a bocce ball court, three lighted tennis courts, a putting green, a playground area, a fun arcade room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Dining is a delight at Cobalt, the on-site restaurant known for its exquisite cuisine and beautiful waterfront views. Additional conveniences include an outdoor BBQ area, fishing docks, and a shuttle service to the beach, making Caribe Resort an ideal choice for a memorable beachside escape. Additional amenities include a full-service marina, perfect for boating enthusiasts, and an arcade room for indoor entertainment. The resort also features private cabanas, a tiered outdoor pool area, and a convenient beach trolley service. For those who wish to explore the waters, boat slip rentals are available.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet at our Liquid Life Front desk. Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Every part of the rental process with Liquid Life was excellent. They were so proactive in communication - I received numerous texts and emails with information prior to and during our stay. They were very helpful!
The resort has so much to do and was so clean. However, the beach trolley staff was a bit rude every time we dealt with them (like we were an inconvenience). And navigating the resort map and elevators was tricky. But overall a great place!
The condo itself was beautiful with a spectacular view. The beds were clean and comfortable. We were surprised though by the lack of towel holders in bathrooms - how odd to not have any in a place that houses so many guests and especially in a location with so many pools and beaches! Also, there were no extra blankets in the condo, which was also surprising considering the capacity of the condo and the excellent accommodations otherwise.
However, those are small matters and inconsequential to us... we will absolutely be back!!
