The living area is a Primarypiece of comfort and style, boasting tile flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking Gulf views, a cozy sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV for movie nights or lazy afternoons.

The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary desires, whether preparing a family meal or a romantic dinner. The zero-entry pool and kiddie pool provide swimming options for everyone. Tennis courts are available for guests who enjoy active leisure. The indoor heated pool, complemented by indoor and outdoor hot tubs, offers relaxation opportunities. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there's a grilling area. The complex also includes a boardwalk with an outdoor shower for easy beach access. An exercise room and a sauna are available for fitness and relaxation needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

This was a awesome place to stay with a big family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean. It is on the 20th floor with a awesome view. My whole family loved it. We had no issues at all with the property.

Overall a good stay but there were a few items that needed some attention. Didn’t call property management because we didn’t want to have a repair man in the unit during our stay. The washing machine does not properly drain and spin, it maybe worked 2/20 times. The dishwasher needs attention as well, the soap never dispersed and just stayed in the compartment.
