In the Primary suite, indulge in comfort with a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, complete with balcony access to soak in the breathtaking views. The ensuite Primary bath is a haven of relaxation, featuring dual vanities and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equally inviting, furnished with two Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.
This condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, thanks to the sofa sleeper in the living room. The heart of the condo, the fully equipped kitchen, boasts granite countertops, a large breakfast bar, and a wet bar complete with a wine chiller, perfect for entertaining or preparing meals. A convenient half bath and a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer add to the comfort and convenience of your stay.

An indoor heated pool ensures comfortable swimming in any weather, while the grilling area is great for outdoor cooking and social gatherings. For wellness and relaxation, there's a sauna and steam room, creating a spa-like atmosphere for rejuvenation. The fitness center is available for guests who want to keep up with their exercise routine, and the activity room with a TV provides a casual space for leisure. The property includes a deeded boardwalk leading directly to the beach, equipped with outdoor faucets and a shower for convenience after beach activities. Complimentary WiFi throughout ensures guests can stay connected during their stay.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The view of the beach from the 9th floor was fabulous and we love having the ability to parking garage to provide protection for our car. I felt as if the condo had bee upgraded recently as it was extremely clean and offered some high end amenities like the heavy patio furniture, newer appliances and high grade cooking utensils. I loved this unit in Regency Isle!

We booked this condo for a girls beach trip and it was perfect! We loved everything about it! The property was immaculate and exactly as described! The balcony and view was our favorite. Best Balcony Around
I loved everything about Regency Isle 904 but my most favorite thing of all was the HUGE, beautifully furnished balcony. I believe I would have been happy just spending my whole trip out there. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Besides the $1M view, the condo itself was beautiful with so many amenities, including binoculars, TVs, games & books. It was so comfortable and clean. The condo had plenty of room to spread out. Everything you could ask for in the kitchen for cooking and serving food. We also used the dryer for our beach towel and wet swimsuits. Lastly, the patio could not be beat. It is private and the VIEW was nothing but white sand and beautiful water. Fully stocked with everything - has regular coffee pot as well as Keurig. Not a lot of storage if you are staying for a whole week. Pantry was locked so we lived out of bins and lots and lots of things on the counter tops. Great balcony, great view, great pool. This unit is well appointed with absolutely gorgeous views of the gulf. The bacon ru is furnished with ample comfortable seating so you can gaze at the water even on rainy days. The kitchen has everything you need if you feel inspired to create a gourmet meal with grocery stores nearby where you can get any ingredients you may need. But if you don’t want to cook there is plenty of great restaurants with a five mile radius. Picture perfect getaway
Beautiful place to stay, very clean, had everything you needed, from towels to dishes. Beautifully decorated, gorgeous view from the balcony, you can literally lie in bed and see the ocean. The moon shining on the water at night and the sun rise in the morning were breathtaking. You have the balcony all to yourself with table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside if you choose. Condo is immaculate, amenities plentiful and the balcony is downright awesome! A few minor things is wireless is not secure and spotty at times and some instructions on how the TV works and a channel listing would be helpful.
