This Orange Beach condo rental is located on the 4th floor and features breathtaking views of the Gulf and a large balcony that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom.
The master suite features a King-sized bed, 48-inch HD flat-screen TV, DVD player, and private bath with a large walk-in shower and separate dressing area. The 2nd guest room features a Queen-sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a Twin-Over-Full bunk with Trundle along with a Twin rollaway bed. Both guest rooms have a 39-inch HD flat-screen TV and share a guest bath with a Jacuzzi tub.
The unit also features tile floors throughout, a large fully-equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, GE Monogram stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, granite counters, an island, and a breakfast bar. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer, custom built-in cabinets in the dining area featuring a wine chiller, free Wifi, and a 60-inch HD flat-screen TV and DVD player in the large living room. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit accommodates a maximum of 8 people.

Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Romar House is a gated complex and features 2 outdoor pools, a tennis court, fitness room, sauna, fire pit, charcoal grills and 1 covered parking spot.
PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
MONTHLY RENTALS
