Welcome to Seachase 1002W, your luxurious Gulf-front retreat in Orange Beach! Nestled on the 10th floor, this exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf and all the comforts of home.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space adorned with tile floors and flooded with natural light. Sink into the comfortable sofa-sleeper in the living room and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or step out onto the balcony and feel the gentle breeze as you take in the stunning views.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or simply brewing a morning cup of coffee, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

Retreat to the Primary suite and unwind in the plush King bed, or indulge in a soothing soak in the whirlpool tub in the ensuite bathroom. With balcony access from the Primary suite, you can wake up to magnificent Gulf views each morning and drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves at night.

The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom features both a Queen and a Twin bed, providing plenty of space for additional guests or family members. Each bedroom comes equipped with its own flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

After a day of sun and surf, refresh yourself in the spacious bathrooms, which feature walk-in showers, double vanities, and all the amenities you need to pamper yourself.

Seachase 1002W also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to keep your beach towels fresh and your swimsuits clean throughout your stay.

SeaChase boasts a wealth of amenities to enhance your beachfront experience. Take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the coastal breeze. For year-round enjoyment, our indoor pool provides a tranquil retreat, while our fitness room allows you to stay active during your stay. Enjoy outdoor dining and socializing at our grilling area, or challenge friends and family to a friendly game on our tennis court. Plus, kids will love the splash pad, providing hours of fun and excitement.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes can be picked up from the Seachase Guard Shack upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, and January. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

1002W is really the whole package, located on the beach with 10th floor gulf view. Stunning sunrises and pretty at night too. Nice beds, nice bathroom, everything you need in the kitchen and a very well-run grocery store right across the street. Pool and hot tub are pristine, exactly like the photos. The souvenir shops down the street were fun and had great prices on items for everyone. Tie town has a lot to discover or just sit under an umbrella . It was a great week.
