We had a great stay. It was exactly what we were looking for in that we wanted close to the beach and close to food and grocery stores for convenience. We had plenty of space for our family of 5.

We had a great time. The weather is great this time of the year. Not too hot and not too cold. It is just right to get out and explore the surroundings, walk on the beach and visit some great restaurants nearby. This was a work vacation for me and it was so relaxing to come in the afternoon to a comfortable condo. We would definitely rent again.

This property was amazing. Everything was as described! The property was clean. It had a fantastic view and easy access to the beach! The location of this property was within driving distance to all restaurants and activities! Gulf Shores is only a 10 minute drive away. We had stayed in Destin and Panama City Beach the last several years and this Orange Beach experience blew those places out of the water! Liquid Life was also easy to work with and very efficient and kind. This was just a great overall location and trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are some things that weren't the greatest. The decor is beautiful. Perfect size condo for the 5 of us. Right on the beach. It was unseasonably warm while we were there yet due to the painting being done on the building the outdoor pool was closed. The indoor pool was fine but the bathrooms there were very moldy, I mean nasty black mold all over the wall and ceiling. So ventilation down there needs to be addressed. The hot tub didn't work half the time and that was a little disappointing. Back to the actual condo. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating for breakfast or dinner. Plenty of seating in living area. Kitchen was nice but there was only one saucepan, no whisk, one spatula/turner, no containers with lids. 3 large drinking glasses. Half a dozen or so on the rocks type glasses. I made do though. I'm a cook do I cook even on vacation. This is not really an even halfway stocked kitchen for a cook. Overall though that stuff is minor. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, I'd just come prepared.

Updated in decor. Beautiful view. Only complaint was the floor was dirty. My husband wore his socks and they were black within 5 min or less. So I feel like the floor could be mopped better. We did have a bad storm, hail, high winds and heavy rain. Water came in around the doors and windows so had to use all the towels to clean it up. We were up so luckily it did not sit and was cleaned up immediately. I would stay again. 4.5/5

We have seen, however that the interior of the condo has not been maintained (missing closet doors, broken laundry door, worn couch, exterior table shaky, etc). It's still a good place. We have NEVER seen any bugs and the location is perfect. Be aware that there is a major construction project next door (west of the building).

We really loved this place. The condo itself was very clean and updated for a nice “beachy” feel. The location couldn’t be better as it is right in the middle of everything. We loved that there were empty lots on both sides of the property so there was never overcrowding on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Summerchase, it was a larger complex than we had been used to but we have two young girls that really enjoyed the pool options (indoor and outdoor) and easily accessible to the beach (simple boardwalk walkway) that we spent time on each day. We went for morning and evening walks easily, had access to beach chairs, and a beautiful view and nice interior layout for our number of guests. Also- kitchen was updated and nice and clean. We ate out most of the trip but it was nice to cook breakfast in before heading to the beach. Only thing I may add is that it is right next to the city beach so there is that crowd closer to the pier and that way but it was only busy there on the weekends during our stay.

The condo was exactly as described. Somewhat dated building but condo had been updated. Very comfortable beds. Nice master & bath. Kitchen supplies need to be replenished only a very small omlet size pan. Balcony is a little small but worked fine. Would stay again.

Loved the condo!, the view was spectacular. Enjoyed the pool and the kiddie pool, the hot tub was extremely too hot, couldn't stay but a minute. The condo was just as described. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Can't wait to come back next year and would Love to stay in same condo!! The patio could use more chairs and a larger table, we loved to eat outside and watch the waves during breakfast! Love the fact that Summerchase is off by itself, nothing on either side, not as many people!
