Step into the Primary suite, where a King bed awaits you, complete with a private bathroom, balcony access for morning ocean views, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment. The second bedroom is equally inviting with a cozy Queen bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom featuring a tile walk-in shower, and direct balcony access. The third bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with 2 Twin beds and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Both guest rooms offer balcony access, enhancing the spacious feel of the unit which comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

The Palms is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience in a stunning beachfront setting. Guests are invited to dive into the outdoor pool, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the refreshing water. For a more relaxed swimming experience, the indoor heated pool offers comfort and warmth, ideal for all weather conditions. Tennis enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site courts, providing a fun way to stay active during your stay. After a game or a day out, the sauna is a perfect retreat for unwinding and rejuvenating. The grilling area offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor cookouts, ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals in the open air.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
