This Orange Beach condo rental is a corner unit located on the 4th floor and features access to a wrap-around balcony with Gulf views from every bedroom!
The master suite features a King bed, a 60-inch Smart TV, and a master bath with a large tile walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, a 42-inch TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom features a Queen bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. This unit accommodates up to 8 people.
The unit also features tile floors throughout the living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a separate ice-maker, a full-sized washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi. There is a sofa sleeper and a 50-inch flat-screen TV in the living room.
For guests staying in this unit from March 1st- October 31, 2023, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are included for your convenience.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
The Palms is located 7 miles East of Highway 59 in Orange Beach. Property amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, tennis courts, sauna, grilling area, and boardwalk with shower. The Palms is a smoke-free property. No smoking is allowed in any of the common areas including the parking lot.
PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
