Tidewater has an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, brick paved exterior hallways and a climate controlled first floor lobby. This is your opportunity to get the amenities of a 3BR building at a 1BR price point. Unit 103 is actually a second floor unit as the ground level of the building is the indoor lobby. This means you have direct views of the beach and gulf from your unit and balcony. This also means you only have to go up/down one flight of stairs and can avoid the elevator traffic entirely during busy seasons. Granite counters in the kitchen and bath, stainless steel appliance package. Updated bathroom featuring a walk-in tiled shower with rainfall shower head. Zekes and Shrimp Basket are directly across the street, as well as both a donut and ice-cream shop.

After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Such a wonderful property, great location, clean great staff, super attentive, easy walk to the beach great for family’s. The location allowed us to get to any restaurant or activity our hearts desired, the pool doesn’t close until ten so we could stay and play then go to the beach to hunt sand crabs
