Pelican Pointe 303

This is a beautiful condo and a beautiful setting right on the beach. The pool was large and clean. We were very pleased with every room except the bunk room. The bottom mattresses were sitting on the floor, which meant the person who was going to use them could not get up from them so they had to sleep on the couch. The floor seemed to have some kind of dust that we just could not sweep up and if we walked on it at the bottom of our feet were always dirty, but with all that said, we had a great time and enjoyed the condo.

Was a great vacation! Exactly as photos show. I would definitely stay here again. The bed's were comfortable and the AC was amazing! The TV's are not smart TV's so bring a fire stick if you want to watch something other than cable. Also would be helpful to bring extra trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper. The building security guard walked the property every hour and was very friendly. Both pools had clean restrooms as well. I really liked that the pool was for just this one condo building so it wasn't too full. I also loved the pool is shaded by the other building after about 2pm.

Beforehand, I had many questions (what was included in condo within price, can we ship our items to the condo, laundry, kitchen appliances, ect.). Liquid Life was extremely fast responding. When we got there, same thing. If I had any questions, they responded within minutes. Check-in and Check-out was super easy (it was our first time ever renting and the entire process was absolutely seamless).
The condo itself was immaculate. My husband and I with our 7 kids comfortably stayed in this condo. Even during nap times, I was very comfortable on the extremely large deck to sit and relax on the patio furniture while the littles rested.
The massive mirror near the dining table ensures that basically wherever you sit, you can still perfectly see the ocean.
Things to note- Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and a few garbage bags.
The washer/dryer is so fast and efficient we came home with 0 dirty clothes! The location is also ideal.

The condo is located in such a nice area. A few flaws with the room itself such as freezer door was froze shut, majority of outlets didn't work, TVs were hard to operate . Be prepared there a a few "hidden" rules such as not being able to hang towels off banister or having music playing while relaxing on balcony. We had a group of 6 and only had 4 towels and washcloths for 4 days. A miscommunication with beach towels and hair dryers being readily available to us caused somewhat of a problem. Renting the beach chairs were easy but expensive. All in all a decent location but will look around before going back. The condo just needs some work done

This unit was perfect! Spent most of our time on the balcony, the furniture is as comfortable as it looks. The inside sofa was also plush and the beds slept great too! PP 303 was perfect in every way. We placed a call for maintenance, they showed up within 30 mins. The AC was serviced that day, as well as the slow draining bathroom sinks. They were slow again the next day so will need to be further assessed.

- Funky smell on arrival- No info on condo or how to use things, such as necessity to rent beach chairs, nearby restaurants and points of interest. First time I've not had something like that.- Dishwasher wasn't working. Toilets wobbled on their bases.- Air conditioning wasn't working.- There was no remote for living room fan/light.- No Netflix or internet on TVs, even though it was a "smart TV." With no guide it was a hunt for something to watch in the evening.- Sectional on balcony stained and torn- Dirty dishes in the cupboard- Still a lot of construction noise.When I went back to look at this property, I noticed many of these items had been complained about before. I don't know whether the previous guests bothered to contact the property managers. They were johnny on the spot and got things fixed immediately. The only exception was the sectional on the balcony, which is one of the reasons we selected this unit. It seems like the unit is owned by an "absentee landlord." Many of these items should've been take care of a long time ago. Thank you, Liquid Life. The first few days weren't fun, especially with extremely high temps and humidity. You definitely took care of business.

It was not a deal breaker at all, and didn't even bother us enough that we notified anyone during our stay. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a perfect escape from the somewhat chilly temps on a couple of the days that we were there, and the close proximity to the beach was ideal. We could watch our older kids from the balcony while they played in the sand, which made for some much needed adult relaxation on the amazing balcony. We will definitely look into staying at Pelican Pointe again, and we would also request this particular unit again.

Decorated very well. The outdoor space is awesome. I will say the kitchen needs better stocked, for example the coffee wouldn't even get hot because it didn't have the correct pot. Beds were not comfy, none of the doors to the rooms shut good. I would say they could look into a better property management company. They were not easy to get in touch with. Didn't respond back to our text. Late giving us check in information. One of the beds didn't even have sheets on it when we got there. Not the first time I've had this experience with liquid life.

The cons: The condo could use some maintenance and the cleaning staff could do a better job by ensuring that all used towels from previous guests are removed. Only basic cable channels.The pros: Well equipped kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Nice bathrooms. A lot of balcony seating(although some cushions should be replaced). Overall the condo provided a relaxing vacation and the most beautiful ocean and sunset views.

Great location. Updated condo. Huge balcony. Convenient beach access. I hope the HOA will consider 2 parking passes in future once construction is complete. Delayed check-in. It would have been helpful to get a text letting us know checkin was delayed. I had to call to find that out. Overall, had a great time and would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The easy access to the beach was definitely a positive. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee each morning. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a nice size and easily accommodated 4 adults and 5 children, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We would recommend the property to friends and would certainly stay here again!
