Welcome to Shipwatch 102A, your Gulf-front retreat in beautiful Perdido Key. This ground-level condo offers the ultimate convenience, allowing you to park and walk right to the front door with no elevators or stairs to worry about. From the back patio door, you're just steps away from the boardwalk leading to the pristine sandy beaches of Perdido Key.

Inside the condo, you'll find a spacious and tastefully decorated living space with tile floors throughout. The living room features a pull-out sofa sleeper, perfect for accommodating extra guests, as well as a 65-inch Samsung smart TV and DVD player for entertainment.

The Primary bedroom boasts a luxurious King-sized bed with a new Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt mattress and adjustable frame for the utmost comfort. Enjoy balcony access, where you can step outside to enjoy the stunning views and fresh Gulf breeze. The Primary bedroom also includes a 55-inch smart TV and a private bath with dual vanity and a walk-in tiled shower.

In the guest bedroom, you'll find another comfortable King-sized bed with a new Sealy Posturepedic Plus Hybrid mattress, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This bedroom also features a 55-inch smart TV and access to the hall bath.

Prepare delicious meals and beach snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, and a 12-cup coffee pot. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Step out onto the large balcony and take in the beautiful views while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The storage closet on the balcony contains a refrigerator and chairs for your use, making it easy to relax and soak up the sunshine.

Shipwatch is a serene low-density Gulf-front complex nestled in picturesque Perdido Key, Florida. Guests can enjoy not one, but two outdoor pools. One pool faces the stunning Gulf of Mexico, offering a spectacular beachfront experience, while the other is situated on Ole River, providing a tranquil waterside ambiance. Both pools come with clubhouses for added convenience and leisure. Relax in the soothing hot tub or engage in some friendly competition on our tennis courts. For wellness enthusiasts, our sauna and fitness room offer the perfect facilities to maintain your health and fitness regime, even on vacation. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the boat launch and the first-come, first-serve boat docks, making Shipwatch an ideal choice for those who want to explore the waters. The marina adds to the charm of Shipwatch, offering a picturesque setting and additional water activities. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, enjoy a tennis match, or set sail from the marina, Shipwatch provides a diverse range of amenities to suit all tastes.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on HOA requirements.
