The Spanish Key Beach Resort is a non-smoking/vaping property. This condo and balcony along with all of Spanish Key's common areas including the pools, lobby, hallways, outdoor spaces, and parking lots are non-smoking/vaping.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Your property comes with two free parking passes for your stay. You can find these passes located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

We loved staying at Spanish Key! The proximity to the Flora-Bama, restaurants and an ice cream shop is awesome - super close to the action but far enough away to be quiet & peaceful. It has the best stocked kitchen of any condo that I have ever rented. The 3 king/ensuite bedroom setup is perfect for 3 couples, and the beds are so comfortable. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach and the deck furniture is comfortable and new looking. We will be back to this condo for sure!
