We were six high school friends getting together to celebrate our 60th birthdays. The condo was very spacious and comfortable, well equipped. We enjoyed the lazy river. So much fun hanging out on the beach. The water was gorgeous

Great Condo! Large and decorated so pretty! This Condo was extremely clean. This has been our favorite condo to date! The lazy river was awesome! And we could see the boats coming in and out. We saw dolphins and a sting ray one morning. We were on the third floor, so we loved being able to park and walk right into our condo! I especially loved how Liquid Life kept in touch with us to make sure everything was good! We will def be back to stay in this condo. If I had to rate it the condo 1-10. We would give it a 10

Great Condo! Large and decorated so pretty! This Condo was extremely clean. This has been our favorite condo to date! The lazy river was awesome! And we could see the boats coming in and out. Exactly as described. Beautiful, comfy furnishings. The only complaint we had was not anything the homeowners can control - the splash pad never cut off. We were right over it and could not hear the ocean over the splash. It should have a turn off time and not run all night. Also the cost of parking was high. Maybe include in the rental so there is no sticker shock.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Phoenix Orange Beach II Condo #302 was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, overlooking the pool and beach! We enjoyed eating breakfast every morning on the balcony while taking in the beautiful view and of course lounging in the pool and lazy river. Same floor parking just steps away from our condo was a definite plus for loading and unloading!! The condo is also conveniently located to many restaurants, grocery and shopping stores too! Phoenix Orange II and the staff were great also! We are already planning on coming back to this condo in May and September next year.! Best vacation in a long time!!

Each bathroom only had two little face towels to use. We had 11 people. So we went to the store to buy more to use. Also the beach got very crowded and there was little space to set up personal beach chairs at the waters edge. The beach service IKE's set up the chairs very close to other guests and we felt crowded. But we did like the smaller complex and family environment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family. There are a few minor improvements but all in all it was a home away from home. I brought my kcup machine and was glad I did because the one in the condo had a moldy Clorox smell. So I would suggest a replacement for the kitchen. We had a man walk into the condo the day before we left and surprised us. He said he was supposed to be in 402 but the key code opened our door. Called and reported it and they changed the code while we were on the phone. The * part of the code never worked and that was also being addressed. The only other thing was the gym is underneath this condo so when you hear loud bangs it’s coming from there. Other than that it was a fabulous place!

We enjoyed watching the grands from the balcony while they were at the “pool park.” We usually stay at Turquoise but we decided we like this spot better after staying in unit 302. The fresh white linen promise is amazing!!! The balcony is very spacious with a large table, chairs, and two loungers. Great views in front, left and right. Easy to get to beach! The unit was VERY clean. I did clean the baseboards. :) Yeah, I do things like that when I am staying in someone’ else’s vacation home. Have found that many beach house cleaners miss the baseboards. Other than that, everything was top notch and clean. My husband said the parking was the best part! Lol My only suggestion is to have black out shades for the guest bedrooms. The hall lighting brightens the room. Extra ice maker is always nice! Want to stay again!
