The condo was lovely. Everything was clean and the location and views were gorgeous. There was a small hiccup with the facility itself but one of the owners of the rental company reached out to me and bent over backwards to make sure I knew she heard my concern/complaint and that they were working to address the problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Current Tides again in the future!

WOW! What a great condominium! First of all, let me tell you that we thought being in the 15th floor would be too high to experience the activities on the beach, but we were pleasantly surprised that not only could we see the activities, we had a Birds Eye view of the gorgeous sunrise view! As for the condo’s interior……once again, we were again pleasantly surprised that not only did the condo look like the pictures online, it was even better in person. The sheets were very high quality along with pristine duvet covers and beautiful bright white towels! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker. The wall decor was so lovely with a tasteful and well thought out nautical theme. This condo exceeded our expectations. Pair that along with the amenities of the large indoor heated pool/3 hot tubs, kiddy splash pad, outdoor pool, and direct beach access. Our 4 night stay with 3 grandchildren ages 5, 7, 8 was one of the best times we’ve had at Orange Beach! We will happily stay here again in the future! Rhonda

Condo was wonder. Thankfully we didn’t need the bunk bed. The top bunks have very little clearance from the ceiling, which makes them entirely too high for small children. View was absolutely stunning.

The splash pad was great for the toddler and it was nice to have the indoor pool for rainy parts of the day. The kitchen is well stocked but doesn’t have basic cooking items like oil, salt or pepper.

The condo has an excellent view of the beach. The facility also has an excellent entry to the beach. The built in bunk bed with two twins allows for big families. The mattresses were a bit stiff, but the condo was great otherwise.

This is too floor and with that comes tremendous views but only downside is you may be waiting for elevator during peak times in the afternoon. Great week away with our family! This condo was furnished with everything that we needed for the week, outside of a small restock of the things mentioned in the listing. I did break a decorative piece and reached out early week. I had a pleasant experience with the host team that I spoke with. Closer to the end of our stay, the balcony door would not unlock. I called the host team, and again, they were very pleasant and offered to fix it once we checked-out, if preferred. My youngest really enjoyed the splash pad on the premises. We had a beautiful view and truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for hosting!

We had a great week spent here. The decor was beautiful, but simple (which I much prefer over a ton of decor my kiddos could throw around). The bunk room was fun, my kids loved it! The master had a firm box spring bed which my husband loved, but it was a little too firm for me. Phoenix 5 is super nice with 4 elevators to accomodate the influx of beachgoers. They were in the process of changing out the old elevators with new, so that was a bit of a stink. The splash pad was a lot of fun for my kids ages 2, 5, and 6. The only complaint I had was the slickness of the splash pad. I wish it had more texture to prevent slips. I would recommend taking water shoes to help with grip. Both sons had hard slips and fell backwards just walking. So I just recommend wearing water shoes when at the splash pad. Any time we had a concern or issue, management through current tides was prompt and very efficient in helping.

We had a great stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The only problem was the couch. The couch needs to be updated. The cushions and the hideaway were wore out. You would sink far down while you were sitting and would have a hard time getting up. Other than that the room was perfect and had an awesome view! Just as shown online. Would recommend staying in that room.

Perfect view of the beach. A wait for the elevators is expected during check in/out times. Close to places to eat and shop. Could have used better supplies to clean up all the sand with inside the property such as a better vacuum and broom/dustpan. There was a little bit of food/mess left on walls and cabinets from previous tenants. The living room furniture was not too comfortable and one of the bar chairs was broken. There were scuffs on the wall in the bedroom with the bunk beds. The master bedroom bed was not comfortable at all, my husband and I could not wait to go back home and sleep in our bed as our extremities would go numb when sleeping on our sides. However this was a functional condo and the price was good. I liked that it had everything we needed in the kitchen.

This property is EXACTLY what I would have for myself...if I could afford to have one. Everything from the decor to the furnishings to the amenities to the view was perfect, absolutely perfect. Our granddaughters loved the bunk beds, and we loved how comfortable the adult beds and pillows were. I cooked three of the four days we were there, and the kitchen was well stocked with every utensil, pot, pan, and dish that I needed. I cannot think of a single thing I would change, not one. We WILL be back!

Overall the property and location was amazing. We stayed in March so weather was hit and miss. Love how this property is right on the beach and close to the everything in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. Our kids LOVED the bunk room. We enjoyed having our own bathroom and access to the balcony. Would have loved some recommendations for food having it been our first time here.

What a great condo this was! When we first walked in, the place smelled freshly cleaned and looked that way too. Check in was super easy. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk bed room. Having box fans in each room was a nice touch and we really appreciated that! Wish there was a big table on the balcony to enjoy meals with the kids but we made it work with the smaller tables. Overall 10/10 and will be staying here again!

This unit was exactly as advertised. Only trouble with this building is the elevator bank situation. There are 4 elevators but during peak times there could be a wait and they tend to get pretty hot. Aside from this it was totally worth it. Kids loved the splash pad and pools and the boardwalk to the beach is lined with hoses and it’s decking is plastic which is nice . Great place, would definitely return .

This is the first beach trip I've booked, and everything about it went as well as I could have hoped. Booking was easy. Communication with property management was easy. Check-in was easy. Check-out was easy. The room was exactly like it was photographed. It was clean and ready at check-in, with all the starters necessary to relax in the room a little while (soaps, paper towels, toilet paper) before needing to go to the store. If you are looking to stay specifically at the Phoenix V, this room is excellent. My only complaint is with Phoenix V itself and how the elevators operate. Since this is the top floor, the wait for them can be lengthy. Be mindful of check-in and and check-out times when planning your day at the beach, as the elevators become jammed up and you can be waiting a while. We made the mistake of heading to the beach around 10:00 the first day, and the wait was well over 20 minutes. Even with that being said, we'd definitely love to stay here again!

The listing was exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo. My only complaints would be the dryer left some black marks on our clothes and could use some maintenance and there’s only one bank of elevators for all 15 floors of the condo. There is a wait at them during check in time and dinner time. Not a big deal and since the condo was on the 15th floor we usually only had to wait to come up, it was always empty when we were ready to head down.

Overall Facility: Check-in was simple and easy. We arrived at 9pm and the entrance guard told us exactly where to go and what to do. There was an additional $50 fee for a parking pass but we already knew about it from reading other reviews. They had plenty of luggage carts (and ALOT of grocery carts) to transport everything from our car to the room. The splash pad and indoor pool were both big hits with our small children. I was very impressed with how clean they kept the facility. I never saw sand/water at the beach entrances or in the elevators. We saw someone cleaning the carts every day and all of the staff was genuinely friendly. We used one of their grills for fresh seafood/steaks one night and I was pleasantly surprised with how clean it was. I didn’t even have to scrape 100 other peoples grease and gunk off. Unit 1509: The entire condo was well kept and clean. At most condos we typically rewash all of the dishes/silverware upon arrival; however, we felt comfortable that everything here was safe and sanitary. The pictures didn’t exactly match the condo BUT this wasn’t a bad thing. The actual furniture seemed to be nicer and recently upgraded (from what the pictures showed). The 2nd bedroom even had 2 additional overhead bunk beds that were not shown on the listing. I honestly have no complaints about this unit. My wife’s only negative was that the balcony is not “private.” If you stand by the rail then you can see straight into every single other balcony on the same level. However, there is a small little section by the sliding door that is “hidden” from the neighboring condos. With this being said, the views from the balcony were amazing and we saw dolphins swimming past almost every morning. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this unit! We normally try new and different places for each beach trip but it’s very likely that we will be booking this one again.

Love everything about this property! The location is smack dab in the middle of everything! Restaurants, bars, grocery stores, all within walking distance! The condo was perfect! 15th (top) floor condo with a nice size balcony with amazing views in either direction! The condo was very clean and the decor was very nice. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Comfortable couches. Bathrooms were roomy and very clean. We were very happy with the overall condition of this condo considering it’s an older building. Rental property agent was quick to answer any questions we had. My family of 4 enjoyed everything this condo had to offer! WiFi reception was awesome. The parking and check in was painless and easy. There are 4 elevators and our wait time for an elevator was very quick. The property has many amenities that we enjoyed! A gigantic outdoor pool, indoor pool, several hot tubs, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and of course the beach!! Such great family memories were made! Thank you!!
