Beautiful location and view. Unit was well laid out. Though a little outdated in the bathrooms our stay was very comfortable and felt like we were on vacation. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay here. There were a few things that could use some attention. There was barely any water pressure at the kitchen sink. Neither bathroom had much water pressure in the showers either. We never could get the ice maker to work. Could have been user error so not sure. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We landed in this property by accident because our other rental was cancelled. We were very happy and pleased with this unit. The location was great, beds were clean and comfy, and balcony furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed the covered parking. Overall, great place to stay and look forward to staying again.

We had a great experience for our first time condo rental! My sister's and I had never used a booking agent befor and were really nervous that something would go wrong. The check in process was fantastic and we were even allowed to check in early, which was extremely helpful. We were extremely impressed with the amenities and the frequent updates to ensure our stay was comfortable. We will definitely be using VRBO and Liquid Life again!

Perfect for what we needed. Easy access to the beach and outdoor pool. Indoor pool was under maintenance while we were there, but we were notified prior to our arrival. We had a maintenance issue while we were there that wasn't able to be resolved during our stay, but was responded to immediately. Orange Beach area was less crowded than Gulf Shores which was easy for getting around. Beach was amazing and not crowded. Loved it!

We loved the condo at Phoenix VI! We had never been to Orange Beach before so we were hoping we picked a nice place. We did! The layout was perfect for our family. Our son had his own bedroom and bathroom and the distance from ours gave us all privacy. The kitchen was great. It had everything we needed and more. It was probably the most stocked I've ever seen a condo. It was also beautifully updated so it felt like home. The living room had a nice large TV. We would've liked it to be a smart TV so we could watch our streaming channels, but we didn't miss a single football game, which was most important to us. The living room furniture was comfortable. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We can be picky about mattresses but we slept well all week. The balcony was our favorite spot. The view was spectacular. We spent most of our time there. I used the washer and dryer during our stay and they worked well. The only downsides were - master bathroom and dishwasher. The bathrooms have not been updated. The guest was fine for my son. The master has a vanity and sink in a hallway leading to a room with the toilet and shower. The toilet and shower are in a small room with a door. It was pretty dark and small. The water pressure was also not very strong. It absolutely worked for us and was not a deal breaker. The final downside was the dishwasher. It was out of order for our stay. We got paper plates and really only ate breakfast and lunch there, so it wasn't a terrible thing either. Oh, almost forgot! The parking pass is $55. That was a bit unpleasant, but again not a huge deal.Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay in this unit again in the future.

They loved that! The absolute only thing I would suggest are a couple extra blankets and sheets for the pull out couch bed. Also the shower fixture in the 1st bathroom needs a little attention. It was a nightmare trying to get down the elevators. Waited for an elevator 11 times before we could get in. However, this had nothing to do with the room. The actual room was okay.

The door to the master bedroom is coming apart at the bottom and hangs when you open the door which makes a loud noise. Also, the shower curtain rings in the master bathroom are rusted and kept coming off when I opened and closed the shower curtain. It would have been nice to know what kind of coffee filters we needed or even better the rental company should have provided them. These are minor items and we had a good time anyway but it would be nice if they were addressed for the next renter.

The condo was very comfortable for our family of 6. Everything that we needed was provided in the condo. The condo was clean upon arrival. Check-in and check-out was very convenient with text messaging. Loved not having to carry a key to unlock the door. We had a couple of issues during our stay. One was the garbage disposal not working and causing the kitchen sink to clog up. We had to plunge it a couple of times to make it drain. The second was the shower in the guest bathroom didn't work well. Other than that, it was a great stay for all of us and we would definitely stay there again!

We had children from all over our community that stayed on this property which made for a great time with friends and the condo itself made for moments of privacy away for just family. The stay was awesome and I'm looking forward to a stay away with just the grown ups soon!

This was an excellent condo and the online description was extremely accurate. However I don't think the host fee is very reasonable. The kitchen countertop had dried on food stuck to it as well as the oven door handle. My husband was putting an item on top of the refrigerator and found it to be coated in dust. Definitely not worth the outrageous fee that was charged. That's an amount that's more than 2 days condo rent.

The condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The management company sent a text asking how we were doing which was nice. We discovered the first night that the sofa bed was broken and not usable. So we got a camping cot to use, management offered to send someone but we were making it work. A few things I wish I had know are: The condo second bedroom is right when you walk in if our kids were younger this would have made me uncomfortable. This is a large complex you will be waiting on elevators and it is a hike to the beach. This condo has nothing for you to use at the beach so bring a wagon, chairs, sand toys. The kitchen only has two frying pans and they are not large so if you can bring cooking pans it would help. Also we only had two garbage bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 detergent for dishwasher so bring some with you. We enjoyed our stay and the condo had a nice view.

We were so pleased with our property. It looks as if the condo is updating decor slowly as there were some updated furniture than the pictures. This condo was a perfect fit for my family of 3, and our friends family of 3. Both babies under 1! The views were breathtaking and we were able to dine on the porch seeing dolphins multiple times during the day. I will say the guest bathroom shower head looked as if it was needing to be replaced soon but that didn’t matter to us. The entire property was kept clean, easy access, had a friendly staff, and was not far from multiple grocery stores. The pools and hot tubs were a great hit for all of us... even the babies! We will definitely be back!

I came prepared to wipe down surfaces according to Covid recommendations, but the property was spotless! It smelled great and we were confident that it had been cleaned properly. Comfy beds, clean sheets, lots of extra blankets. All the kitchen essentials needed for cooking at the condo or on the community grills (I think they had 6). Excellent location and beautiful beaches! Unit was in good repair and is exactly as advertised. Phoenix IV has some pretty strict rules about parking, and there are just not enough elevators. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this property!

The only thing that was disappointing was having to purchase our parking passes..I would think if you paid over 1000 dollars to stay there at least one parking pass should be included. Other than that, everything was perfect! Comfy beds, cool AC, and a beautiful view.

Condo was updated and clean. Bedrooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. We brought our own items to cook and feels like we are at home. I wish I knew to bring garbage bags since we were there for 4 days and only 1 extra bag available aside from one in the trash. Ref ice machine was not making ice so we just made sure our bottled water were placed in fridge. Not too many people like in Destin. Bring your chairs coz they will charge for the chairs at the beach. At night it was convenient to have cable/ netflix you can watch. If you are there longer, nobody will come clean your condo and give you new towels so we just conserve our towels. Unit has washing machine so bring your detergent if planning to wash. Outside pool a little dirty with some white stuff floating that is even visible at night. We just stayed away from it. Overall, very nice stay!

I really enjoyed our stay in unit 1210 in April 2018. The unit has a great kitchen and dining area. Seeing the ocean at dawn from the master bedroom was breathtaking. Enjoying the sounds of the ocean while eating breakfast in the balcony was a treat. The family room had a great view so you could enjoy TV and view at the same time. The water was beautiful.
