Was a great spot to stay with the family. Enjoyed the location and weather. Only negative I have is that did not know we would have to pay $55 dollars to park there for two days. Every place I have stayed at in Orange beach has had a parking permit that came with room. I would understand if it was for additional cars or preferred parking. But not knowing this ahead of time was not ideal!

We have had a relaxing stay. We enjoyed playing pickle ball, the pool and walking on the beach. We came down to relax with our college aged son and it was a success.

We had a short stay in Orange Beach. My husband, myself, and sister and brother-in-law went down to visit our oldest daughter and family who were driving in from Texas. The communication was great and the place was very nice. Furniture different from pics but everything else was great! The deck was large and the view was fantastic. The pool was awesome, could use a few more umbrellas but nonetheless was very comfortable. Quite a few kids so if looking more so an adult vacation, probably not the place for you. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Also beach and grounds were very clean!

The condo was clean and as advertised. Discrepancy between checkin time on VRBO listing and what was sent to me with instructions just prior to checkin, but it was a small difference and appears to have been corrected in the listing since then. Management communicated quickly when I sent a message. Overall I was happy with the experience with the unit itself. The Phoenix 7 HOA is another story... the fee for a parking pass was $58-- a lot more than the range that was quoted prior to arrival. The listing needs to be updated to reflect the current amount and the HOA membership needs to stand up for their guests.

We had a great time in Orange Beach for a Spring Break getaway! The condo was clean and honestly more updated than the pics even showed. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Great pools and the beach was fabulous! We had an issue with our car breaking down while we were in town, and the property manager graciously gave us a late checkout since our car wasn’t ready. We will be back!

Great place to stay on the beach! First time at Pheonix 7. Parking wasn't a problem and it was close to everything we needed. Liked the partial runner from the boardwalk to the beach...made the walk easier. The condo was nicely decorated, updated and clean..bed was comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more...other than a hairdryer. :) Thanks for an awesome stay! Would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay and will probably book here again. The Phoenix complex could use a few updates, but the unit was fine. Only thing negative I have to say about the unit is the guest bedroom door would not close all the way due to one of the bed frame's. Wasn't a big deal for us as it was just my daughter, wife, and I, but could be an issue if you and another couple/family split the condo on a trip.

We love all the amenities of the building! Apartment was very organized but floors were dirty and were not mopped. Blankets were dirty and had hairs (from previous renters) and we had to washed them before spending our first night on the bed. Overall we love the views and how close we were to restaurants and shopping stores!

The condo was nice. I felt like it needed a little updating and some minor cleaning. There was pringles split in the guest bedroom on arrival. We had a problem with the showers being clogged but the management team resolved the issue very fast. Overall it was a nice stay and we would stay again.

This was what I was looking for my family of myself, my husband, and my 2 teenage boys. PROS:The unit was very nice overall. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The decor and furnishings seemed new and up to date. The condo was in a good location. It was right down from the jetty and the Perdido Pass bridge. We could watch a lot of boat traffic coming and going through the pass. There were 4 elevators in the building and they all were fairly fast which really helped a lot since this is a big building with lots of people coming and going. The Liquid Life guest service team was great! They asked how the condo was and if we had any problems. They acted like they truly cared about our stay. I would definitely use them again. I have used one of the competitors in town and Liquid Life was soo much better!CONSWe are used to staying in condos that have more private balconies. We didn't like having to smell cigarette smoke of our "neighbors" when we were relaxing out on our balcony. Also it was much noisier than having a totally private balcony. Neighbors kept us awake being loud out on their balconies since they are all so "open". There was a minor maintenance thing that could be addressed. The master bathroom's tub was very slow to drain. I did mention it to the Liquid Life guest service when they asked if everything was ok. They offered to send maintenance out, but I said not to. I only mention this because I read a previous review from someone from June and they mentioned the stopped up drain.

Everything was nice and clean. The only complaint I have that made me give only 4 stars is the master bathtub needs attention. Would not drain so you are standing in filthy water while showering. Also the shower curtain is nasty needs to be replaced asap.Also the bedroom tvs would not work.

We enjoyed our stay. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach. The walkway made it easy to walk to the beach. We were right over the pool (7 stories up) and at 10:30pm, there were kids screaming for a long time. Thankfully it stopped by 11pm. The room was clean and it was very comfortable. It did have a mild odor that we couldn't discern - almost like marijuana from a former guest? It was there all week, so we're just not sure. Maybe some curtains need to be cleaned. It wasn't within walking distance of many restaurants, but there were a few not far. We drove to most places. Overall a great time!

Condo was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and directly on the beach - beautiful views! Suggestion for great reasonably priced seafood is The Shrimp Basket just down the street! Kitchen had everything you could ever want for cooking and appliances were in great shape. Furniture in living area and beds were all very comfortable. Just be sure to take all your necessities - Be sure to bring toilet paper (only 1 roll provided) paper towels, dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent too. We have one suggestion - provide a blanket for each bed. Would happily stay here again.

Beautiful location right on beach. The property was well kept. Our room was very clean. Couple of things that need to be looked at. Ceiling fans need to be cleaned. Extra toilet paper or towels would be nice as well instead of having to ask. I will definitely go again to this location.

Our annual girls trip was a success in this well kept condo. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Orange beach. Clean, stocked, spacious, everything in working condition with tasteful decor. Great location! Enjoyed seeing all the boats coming out the pass everyday. Ice machine on bottom floor is definitely a plus! Very clean everywhere, plenty of chair service for large condominium.

Had a great time. The only thing that could have been a problem is parking. We were always able to park on the property, but at busier times I imagine there can be no parking and where does the overflow go?
