We have stayed in Orange Beach for several years; this is our favorite condo. Phoenix Towers never disappoints and this condo was exactly as it was described. The soft beds, extra towels, and a stocked kitchen made our weekend relaxing and stress-free. I was impressed by how well the property communicated and checked in on us during our stay. They went above and beyond. We will be booking again for our next trip to Orange.

Overall nice place. Some issues with cleaning after prior guests but nothing major. Certainly not the owners fault on that.

Loved all the updates and decor in this condo. Beds were clean and comfortable. Ample towels and bath necessities were provided! Balcony view and patio furniture were fantastic; we especially appreciated the high top table and chairs so we weren't staring into the balcony banister. As we left, we messaged about neither shower draining but holding water. This was true from our first night to our last but we didn't really want an intrusion for services while managing our toddler. This was kind of gross and I tried not to think about it too much. The light over the kitchen sink was also not working but we reported this, too. Other than these limited maintenance glitches we had a great weekend away and would use the space again!

Great condo, love the color and very beachy atmosphere. Was with my girlfriend, my teenage daughter and two of her friends fir their spring break. The sleeping arrangements were perfect, with queen bunk beds! The view from the balcony was awesome! Phoenix VII is close to everything within a 5 minute drive. Would rent again in a minute 👍

Condo and complex were well-equipped for relaxing (spacious comfy couches), sleeping (cozy beds and linens), cooking (grater, muffin tin, boiling pots, roasting pans-this condo has it all), grilling (buy your own charcoal and grill pool-side), doing laundry (in unit), indoor swimming, pool-side sitting, pickle ball-playing, beach-walking, and all the things that make a wonderful vacation. Have only good things to say about this super sweet beach theme condo!

I arrived shortly after 3 PM on the day of check in. When I called Liquid Life the lady said the room had not been inspected yet but that she would check on the status and call me back. About an hour later I called Liquid Life again and asked why I couldn't get in the room that I'd already paid for. I then received the door code. The toilet in the second bath ran continuously so I guess the unit never did get inspected. I reported the problem at check out.

Everything about this unit was fantastic. Beds were super comfy. But the best thing was the recliner!! Perfect rest spot after a long day on the beach. Kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking, as we didn't go out much. I will book again for my family, as this was an adult trip for a concert at the warf.

The place was great , trash chute is right in front , I liked that , and thought it would be noisy but never herd it being used , place was clean , and room with bunk beds and bathroom was perfect for kids , patio furniture was awesome and very comfortable , Phoenix 7, has four elevators, so never have to wait long for one , except on a Sunday morning when a lot of people was leaving at the same time , only complaint is the ice machine on the beach level , that you can purchase ice bags for your cooler showed it had bags of ice in it , we swiped our card and paid the $5 for ice and there was no ice , and vending machine is not operated by Phoenix or managed by them , and there was no venders number on ice machine . Stay was great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a very nice stay. We stayed as our wedding and honeymoon were on the beach in orange beach. The condo is in good condition. You can overall tell that it has lots of people stay there. Do to use of the bunk beds one of the steps was loose and the rope railing as well. The furniture could use a deep clean it has stains on it. The chairs on the balcony need replaced they were extremely worn from weather and salt. The dryer made a horrendous noise when it was in use. But again over all it was a great stay! We watched boats and dolphins from our balcony every morning. Beach was great as well as the amenities.

My only complaint about the Condo is the elevators. 4 elevators but only 2 sometimes 3 are working. The down buttons do not work at all. You must push up then right down.

The condo really exceeded our expectations. The rental company had good communication and texted us our room number and code when it was ready. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I was a little nervous about the beds after reading a few reviews. We found them to be a little on the soft side, but still very comfortable. The view was breathtaking. If I had to give some constructive feedback, we could tell that renters had been hard on the sofa and it could use a good cleaning and a few towel hooks in the bathroom would have been nice. But overall I would stay here again anytime. We really enjoyed our stay!

The room was very clean and nicely decorated but the elevators on the property are terrible!! They only operate 3 out of the 4 elevators Monday-Thursday per the sign at the front desk when you purchase the parking pass but they didn’t start using all 4 until Saturday so trying to go anywhere took forever, at 1 point we waited 30 minutes for an elevator and finally just took the stairs.

This was a last minute switch due to Sally. The condo was very nice. The only drawback was the awful water pressure - took forever to get shampoo out of my hair. And a family of Clydesdales stayed above us. 🙄😂

Beautifully decorated condo!! I love how the artwork and fabric throughout the condo is so cohesive. The pool was a big hit with our kids and we enjoyed the 3 foot area separated by the walk Bridge. It gave our smaller kids a clear boundary of where they could swim without us in the water. We did have a pretty major issue with the kitchen faucet. The faucet handle was lose when we arrived, and a few days into our trip the handle completely broke off! We had to call maintenance and wait for it to be repaired. Having no water in the kitchen was quite the hassle! We had to wash pans in the bathtub that night. Not the owners fault but inconvenient nonetheless. Faucet was replaced within 24 hours. The next day however, the kitchen sink backed up! Plumber came out within a few hours and found a straw stuck in the pipe. The living room was also missing the lamp that was shown in the picture making it VERY dark in the evening with no light source! The daytime provided great natural light, but a new light source is definitely needed. On a personal request, I would provide one more blanket in the closets. We found 2 extra blankets, but the quilts on the beds just weren’t heavy enough for us. We gave the two blankets we found to our kids, but I wish we had one more for me! I also was expecting to find a laundry basket somewhere, but we made do fine without. Overall, we would definitely stay in this unit at Phonexis VII again. It was beautifully decorated. My kids loved the bunk beds. The pool was large and clean. The few maintenance issues we had were taken care of fairly quickly.

Great condo. Very beachy feel. The washer didn’t work. I didn’t open a ticket since we weren’t there long. Would be nice if that sort of thing was checked by the cleaning crew prior to arrival.

This condo was very beautifully decorated, very clean, and we felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and even a keurig for our morning coffee. The bunk beds were very convenient for our kids and we loved the huge master bathroom. We would stay again!

Stayed here for a girls trip. Location was perfect! My only complaint would be that the smoke alarm went off any time we had the doors to the balcony open for more than 2-3 min.
